Mike and Dax headed out to the scene of the accident. Mike could hear the sounds of the so called Ordons. But they were not alone. They sounded as if they were fighting with something. Or someone.
They both ran there. On getting there, they saw a kid going head on with the Ordons. No more than 18 years old. All dressed in a super suit. He had a tail and glowing yellow eyes.
He looked like what a cat would be like if it was a human. Maybe except the whiskers. From the way he was twisting in the air, it was obvious that he had super agility and stamina. He was also faster than a normal human.
He was doing well holding his own against the Ordons but he wasn't going to last long.
"Well, are we going to help or what?" Mike asked Dax while looking at the movement of the kid
"Uhm.... I can't face those things, I'd be toast...... They came for me.... They destroyed my village. They'll probably destroy earth to unless they take me... Maybe i should just go with them..."
"Hell no.... Okay here's what you'll do.... Make sure everyone here is safe... This fight is about to get messy"
Dax zoomed off. Mike looked around to make sure no one was still around, then jumped and landed close to one.
There were about six of them. Not Mike's favorite number.
Oh well.....
None of the Ordons had noticed Mike yet. All their attention were on the feline.
"Hey yoo ..." Mike called out to the Ordon closest to him. It looked at Mike and shot out plasmic energy beams from its mouth.
They caught Mike and flung him aside.
Okay.... I didn't expect that
The feline landed gracefully next to Mike and said
"You wanna get yourself killed? Get the hell outta here right now"
Wait a minute.... That was a female voice
"You're a girl??" Mike blurted out
"Obviously.." she rolled her eyes and then flipped away as another energy beam covered where she and Mike had just been.
Too bad Mike was too focused on her voice that he didn't feel it coming. The beam had swallowed him.
The feline girl was dumbstruck. She should have pushed him away. She should have done something.
Dax had seen as the Ordon roasted Mike.
"Oh No..." He shouted " Here I am.... Take me and leave all these people alone"
The Ordon that had been shooting the beam suddenly stopped and it's head came clean off is neck and landed on the floor. It's massive body toppled down and Mike landed on it.
He looked as if he had rolled in coal and ashes but he seemed alright.
"Who's next?" He called.
Dax had never seen anyone kill an Ordon before. Even their masters. When he gets tired or annoyed with them, he orders them to kill themselves
The other five remaining were also shocked. Then angry. They launched themselves at Mike, who caught the first one by is horn. Smashed it left and right then kicked it so hard they all heard bones break.
He jumped high, the Ordons followed him. On getting to the peak of the jump, he moved aside and let the Ordons pass him. They were to large to change direction too fast.
As the last one passed. He caught the tail, using it to swing up, he kneed the Ordon right in the eye. The leading Ordon blasted a beam at Mike, who used the Ordon with him to parry the attack. The beam blasted through its stomach and out of it's back.
Mike let go of the already dead Ordon. They were all falling. Another Ordon shot at Mike. He blocked it with his hands. But the force of the blast sent him back to the ground. When his feet touched the ground, he leaped up again. Now going against the direction of the beam which was still pouring on him. He leaped directly into the Ordons mouth and came out the back of it's head.
The remaining two Ordons passed by Mike as he was going up. He caught the tail of one and swung it in a way that as the other Ordon was turning to come up, the head of the one he swung would smash into the other one's head, bursting out brains and black blood and eyes and teeth.
All dead, probably...
The then glided to where the others were. The had found the Ordon that he kicked. That one was still alive, barely.
"D'you understand them?" Mike asked Dax
"Maybe..... I might understand the general content of their language but not deep"
"I speak Alien." Feline had spoken.
"And who are you?" Mike asked
She removed her mask, revealing a beautiful face with blonde hair. "My name is Allison... Or Moon cat... Either way."
"So you speak alien huh?" Dax asked her in his Xeran tongue
"Yep. I speak and understand about 20 different alien languages" She replied, also in Xeran.
"Ok Ok what's going on here?" Mike asked, lost for a moment.
"She understands my native tongue" Dax told Mike
Mike nodded. He walked to the alive Ordon and asked "Who sent you?"
The Ordon said something. Mike looked at Allison.
"He said he'd die before he'll tell you." She told him.
"Such loyalty...." Mike said. While he was talking, the Ordon had gathered a considerable amount of energy and was about to release it from its mouth before Mike clamped it's jaws shut. The energy piled up in its mouth before bursting its skull.
