Despite how unusual it was for him, Shouta hadn't been able to sleep since he found Bakugo stumbling around the front gates. He had desperately tried to fall asleep for a good few hours knowing that he was already going to be tired enough to be semi-comatose all day but every time he begun to feel remotely relaxed his mind kicked back into overdrive. Eventually he found himself in the kitchen, not entirely sure how or when he made it there, making himself some dangerously strong coffee. He had only just survived pouring the scalding water into his cup when he heard the front door softly close and a pair of socked feet pad through the house. Sure enough as he pulled a second cat themed mug out of the cupboard he felt a familiar pair of sturdy arms wrap around his middle and a stubbly chin rest on his shoulder. Normally Shouta would ask Hizashi how his show had gone, yet he found himself staying silent while he poured a cup of the disgusting herbal tea his husband seemed to love.

Hizashi gave Shouta a quick squeeze before freeing him and grabbing his now full mug. He didn't need to look twice at his tired husband to know he was kicking into 'dad' mode.

"Alright then give me the low down." He stated.

Shouta slowly turned around to face Hizashi who looked way too happy for it being 5am.

"The what now?" He breathed out.

"You know! What's got you looking like the grim reaper has come to take you to your early grave." Hizashi seemed to be trying to speak in a slightly quieter tone to accommodate the two very tried and grumpy people he was currently housed with.

"You know for a fact I would be welcoming that experience with open arms." Shouta said beginning to feel more awake now he had the literal sun next to him as well as the death liquid in his system. Before Hizashi could start to wail and protest about his response he started again. "Bakugo broke into the school at 3 barely conscious and claiming to have walked all the way from home. He's a rebellious and athletic kid but he would never willingly walk that far in the dead of night."

"Doesn't he live like an hours train ride away? That's would be a damn long walk!"

"Exactly. Not to mention the fact he was twitching all over the place." Aizawa hadn't really put much thought into Bakugo's movements earlier, he was much more focused on trying to herd him inside. But now he looked back on the whole situation he wondered if there was something bigger going on.

"Twitching? Like highly caffeinated twitching or paranoia?"

"Neither. It was almost like a tic." He couldn't really put another word to the movement. He was certain Bakugo wasn't doing it willingly; the kid wasn't as good at masking his emotions as he seemed to think. In the dim light of the buildings Bakugo's eyes had flashed with confusion and fear whenever his body had suddenly moved.

"Oh shit." Was all Hizashi seemed to come up with. Both of the teachers knew that if any of the kids were going to have a tic disorder Bakugo would be the worst off. He started a physical altercation at every stare he got and upheld himself to the most disordered idea of perfection imaginable. "How certain are you?" Hizashi finally added.

"Not very. I'm going to keep an eye on it for now."

With a small nod of agreement Hizashi shuffled out of the kitchen into the connected living room cradling his rapidly cooling mug. Aizawa had barely begun pouring himself another mug of his life source ready to drink in bed when he heard Hizashi speak up.

"Hey little listener! What're you doing awake?"

Aizawa sighed realising Bakugo was a little too perceptive to not connect the dots when he saw Present Mic in the same house that he had been led to earlier. Following his husband's footsteps he begrudgingly made his way to stand in the general vicinity of the other two ready for what he assumed was going to be some huge reveal. Bakugo was sitting bolt up right on the sofa staring tiredly at the two men. Aizawa swiftly elbowed Hizashi when he saw him begin to open his loud mouth. He wasn't entirely sure Bakugo was even awake right now with the way the boys eyes shone so wide.
