A/N: Hello, hello... I can confidently confirm that this is the last you'll see Aaron for a good couple chapters. I know he's been a bit of a regular character, but you won't have to really worry about him for a few chapters.
So... happy times ahead (?)
I won't even lie, I have not done a good proofread on this chapter. Sorry.
But I'll say it again... buckle tf up.
And who said it's too late to break the fourth wall.
Can I get a drum roll for everyone's favorite bitch...
MITCH'S POV -
Damnit... I have never been a morning person.
It's not even ten AM. Who told me staying in a shared house with a bunch of morning people would be a good idea?
Oh that's right - Harry.
I groan out of irritation, stretching my back out uncomfortably. I can hear music coming from downstairs, not loud but still loud enough for me to hear it.
Is that... Nirvana? At 8:30 in the morning?
Okay. I can get used to that.
Kicking the sheets from my feet, I sit myself up, reaching over for the old band-tee to put on.
I think I slept at least fifteen hours.
The hardwood flooring is cold beneath my feet, waking up my senses as I stand and walk to the bedroom door, opening it to hear that In Bloom by Nirvana is in fact playing, just as I thought.
Fucking incredible song... Also incredible smell, Eden must've cooked breakfast.
Okay, even if I only just met that girl a matter of weeks ago, she's become one of my best friends already. She's got great taste in music, apparently horrible taste in men and seems to genuinely just want the people around her to be happy. She's cool... I'd consider her a little sister.
Yeah yeah... Stop the awwing. She's great, I agree... No seriously, I'm too tired for this shit.
I make my way down the stairs, the sound of liveliness in the house becoming more clear as soon as I step off the stairs.
Just as I had assumed, Eden was cooking up pancakes for everyone, some other small pans of food I can't quite make out cooking on the stove as she bounces around, multitasking as she talks to Harry at the same time.
Morgan, Sarah and Jane are all sat at the kitchen island, Sarah adding to the conversation between Eden and Harry while Morgan and Jane have their own chat.
"Well good morning." Sarah smiles as I sit myself next to her, passing me a mug with coffee in it. "Good morning, how did you sleep?" I ask her, sipping the coffee to taste it just how I like. Vanilla creamer and a bit of caramel, perfect.
"Good enough, woke up kinda randomly, though." she tells me, sipping her own coffee. "Why's that?" I challenge, watching Sarah look back in front of her. Just as I look ahead, a very unwelcome face makes his way into the kitchen. "That's why." She leans to mutter into my ear and pretty much all conversation fizzles out.
Why the fuck is Aaron here?
"Hey hunny." Aaron walks straight to Eden, pecking her forehead. Just in the few times I've seen this guy, he's given the absolute worst impression of anyone I've ever met in my life.
Harry's eyes flick up to mine from across the way, his lips forming a line.
"Did you know he was here?" I mouth and he nods his head, a flat expression across his face.
