Jughead's POV

I go outside and see the serpents sitting at a table. Sweet pea looks up at me. "Nice article your girlfriends mom wrote."

"Yeah I saw that. Dilton Doiley said he was stabbed when a bunch of you guys jumped him."

"Idiot stabbed himself. With his own knife." Fangs says.

"And we didn't jump him, there was a fight, Bulldogs versus Serpents, and you see this? Your boy Andrews face it to me. Just before his girlfriend shot a gun into the air. "

"What happened?" I ask

"And of course, Northsiders get off scot-free, and the rest off us are hauled in by the police. "

"It's payback time" Fangs says

"What are you guys talking about? "

"This." Sweet pea says looking down at a blueprint.

"What is that? " then it clicks in my mind. "Is that a pipebomb? Does Selena know about this." I look down at Toni.

"It was her idea. Fogarty's cousin served in the Army. He's gonna build us something. "

"We'll do it after hours, but it'll shut the Riverdale register down once and for all." Sweet pea says.

"She thinks blowing up a building is going to make things better?"

"Can't get any worse."

"Yeah, sweet pea, it can. Let me talk to Archie. Let me figure this out. Okay? Or let me talk to Selena."

"Man. That's your answer for everything. Talk and more talk. And we don't even know who you stand with. Us? Or them? You can't be half a serpent. Her words. " everyone leaves but Toni.

"Great archie started world war three. " I sit down next to her.

"Northside has been dumping on us for years. Your dad tried to keep the peace, avoid bloodshed. Now that he's gone he won't say anything or do anything. So they all turn to Selena. She still leads while in jail. Idiots like sweet pea listen to her. Think there's only one path and one solution. With Selena gone sweet pea takes over. He doesn't know how. So he goes to her." Toni says.

Sweet peas POV

I'm at the wyrm playing pool with tallboy. I'm about to shot my ball when I look up and see jughead in the serpent jacket. "I think this northsiders lost. " I then shot. He walks closer to us.

"I'm not. I'm over being half a serpent. " I walk around the table and get tot he other side to where he is.

"Wow. You will do anything to protect your Northside buddies. " I then continue walking and push past him masking home stumble back. He is now on the other side of me still talking.

"My father was a serpent. He led you. I wanna stand with you guys. " no one says anything. "Tall boy was the one who gave me this jacket. It's finally time I start wearing it. "

Tallboy walks toward him. "So, now you wanna be a serpent, huh? Let's see if you survive the initiation first. "

I am now back at the trailer and Selena calls me.

"Hey So how did it work?"

"We talked about it during school. Jughead came by said it was a bad idea. And thought that it wouldn't help by blowing up a building. I told him what you told me. Then we left"

"So..."

"At the wyrm he came by with the jacket and said he wanted to be a serpent. Tallboy said we will see how he does for the initiation. " she then doesn't say anything for a bit." Selena?"
