So, some of y'all know I'm Vietnamese, and if you don't now you do. I listen to a lot of US UK pop so I don't often listen to Vpop but I was listen to a song again in 2019. Probably one of my favourite Vpop songs so I thought of this idea. Y/n is in a band (girls and boys) of Republic Records and she used to date Hailee but they broke up after 2 years. They still love each other and while Y/n's band is throwing a party, Y/n got drunk so she sang a song with her bestie, 2 of them are Vietnamese just imagine it. Everyone else is American but they understand they lyrics cause Y/n taught them, and one of the members went live on Instagram and Hailee saw it. I'm only telling a bit, not too much on the details, hope y'all enjoy <33.

Flashback
Narrator's POV
"Y/n, is either you break up with her or you're out of this house." A man said. "But dad, just because I'm in love with her doesn't mean you can control anything in my life." Y/n said. "I said it once and I'll said it again, break up with her or you're not my daughter anymore." Y/n's dad yelled. "Fine, I'll break up with her. But I'll never call you my dad ever again. I'm leaving." Y/n said as she went to her room and grabbed her luggage and walked out of the house.

Present
Y/n's POV
"Y/n! Are you ok?" Clint asked. "Huh? Uh yeah, I-I'm fine." I said. "So we were thinking since tomorrow is the music video premier so let's throw a party tonight." Jackie said. "Sure. I need a distraction since everything has been stressful lately." I said. "Now let's practice the choreography one last time." I said as we stood up and practice.

"Come on, Ellie. Hurry." I said. "Coming, coming." Ellie said as she ran down the stairs to our living room. "Here." I said as I gave her the champagne glass. "To our music premier tomorrow. To everyone's hard work this year." I said as I hold up my glass. "Of course to our awesome leader, work really hard, spends a lot of time taking care of us and a parent figure with a childish personalities." Liam said and we laughed. "But seriously Y/n, it's all you. You helped everyone, you took care of everyone and you are the one who put the most money to buy this house we're living. Sure we did used our money but you've been through everything very harsh. So this year, let us take care of you, we don't want you to bear the pain. It hurts to see our leader going through all those shit they don't deserve." Louis said which made everyone tear up a bit. "Thanks guys. But tonight is going to be a fun night, a distraction for everything. Don't make it a night where everyone is going to cry at the beginning." I said. "But thanks, for being with me. I couldn't done all of this with out everyone. Cheers." I said and we drank. "Now let's get this party started!" Liv said and we started to party. Drinking and dancing and singing to the music, in the room with dimmed colorful lights.

"Y/n, say hi to the fans." Liv said and gave me the phone where she's going live on Instagram. "Hey everyone. We're throwing a party before the music video premier tomorrow. I hope you enjoy the live." I said and gave them a wink. "Y/n come here and sing a song or two with me." Ellie said and I turned attention to her. She gave me a mic and gave me the remote of the TV. "Do you still remember Vietnamese?" I teased her a little. "Very funny but we're both born in the same country and I haven't. Now choose a song and sing a duet with me for the fans." She said. "Fine." I said and choose. I was choosing for a while until I saw a familiar song I used to listen. "I know this person might not watching the live now but I'm going to sing this song for a special someone." I said to the mic and chose the song. (Watch the video with English subtitles, y'all. Lyrics are kinda deep and it's kinda catchy.)
