Chapter 11: Asking For Help

(fair warning!! Major writers block)

Narrator's POV

Y/n spent her week slowly reading the book to gather all the information, she read through the stories written about her by other people getting a laugh out of the assumptions these people have made about her and the inconsistencies throughout them. When she made it to the back of the book and found the information about contacting herself, it somewhat surprised Y/n but after thinking about it would help her find places to help and search for her soulmate.

Around the afternoon Y/n finally put the book down and made herself something to eat for lunch then switched-on Stan (Australian streaming platform) and scrolled through to find Teen wolf.

Y/n: May as well, re-watch it since I plan on going there at some point, especially if I get a letter from Deaton, haha!

So, throughout the rest of the day Y/n spent her time binge watching her show from season 1 and eventually got to halfway through season 3A when she spotted something in the background of the current scene she was watching.

Y/n: HOLY SH#T!!! is that my book in the background? Omg Deaton has the book!

???s POV

I've noticed this book that Deaton has the thing is it doesn't have a title, so it caches my attention a lot, it seems like he's had this book for a while now maybe around the same time we started coming to him for advice and info, maybe I should finally ask him about it.

(in between end of season 3b and start of season 4)

Later that day Scott, Derek, Lydia, and myself are with Deaton once again but this time the second I get the chance I take it to ask Deaton about the book.

??: Hey Deaton?

Deaton: Yes Stiles?

Stiles: Whats with that book you've had over there? I started to notice that you actually had it for a while now.

Deaton: Oh, this book? Yes, I found it a while about actually, but the thing is I don't ever remember buying or owning it before this, but that's beside the point.

Deaton then brings the book over and hands it to me, for me to read.

Stiles: The Universe Jumper/Traveller? Are they a real person?

Deaton: Yes! Very much a real person, keep reading.

Stiles: Uh, okay? 'The Universe Traveller is known to travel through universes and help the people that belong there but is also known for her amazing powers. She has been to many places, and it seems that over time she is either looking for someone or is just simply trying to help people, there has been stories written about her, but no one ever mentions her name.

Stiles: She has multiple types of magic and when people have spoken about her, they mentioned that she was visiting places that need the most help in that moment and that she is also at the same time searching for her soulmate but has no idea who he is, it is mentioned by others that she an idea for who she hopes it is but everyone I ever spoke to refused to reveal his name for her own private reasons which is something I can respect. At first, she would show up to these places with what everyone described as casual yet odd clothes while other places said that she would appear in this white or purple fantasy gown/robe that made her look magical and absolutely beautiful. The students of Hogwarts said that when she came to the school she was trying to find a way to get over the grief of a lost lover, they mentioned that this lover wasn't exactly heroic but that he loved her with all his heart and when I asked who this mysterious man was they had said that if they told me I wouldn't believe them and they were 100% correct because eventually when I finally convinced them to tell me I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
