"You what?"
"You heard me, Ms. Coulson. I took care of it all. Nothing fancy, but a small ceremony." Tony smiled, and I set my hands on my hips, shaking my head with a smile.
"You really didn't have to do that." I told him, but he waved my comment off.
"Relax, I'm sure Bruce was going to tell you when you woke up. I did it a while ago. All you need to worry about is a dress, and it doesn't matter the color."
"Stark, when did you suddenly become too gay to function?" I asked him, and I heard an ugly snort come from the kitchen, from Blossom and Steve. Even Tony couldn't fight the laughter that came over all of us, and I had to hold my sides. Bruce had taken Marie out for the day, so basically, I was free of a fiance and a kid for a few hours already, but it was quiet without either of them. I mean, Bruce is usually quiet, but not so much anymore, which makes us all happy. Blossom was sitting on Steve's lap, still fighting back her giggles.
"Come on Cynthia, you, me, and McKenna are gonna go dress shopping. Too bad Marie isn't here, or we could've brought her along..." Blossom stood up, and the door opened for the convenience of the statement she just made.
"Mommy! We're home!" Marie giggled, coming into the room.
"So you are." I grinned, picking her up and spinning her around.
"Marie, would you like to go out with us for a little bit?" I asked her, and she nodded.
"Hold up, I just get home, you're already leaving?" Bruce asked, entering the room. I smiled and set Marie down, and he walked over to me. Ignoring everyone else in the room, he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me in for a kiss. I kissed him back, feeling the heat rush to my face from up my neck. I pulled away slowly, and Marie was giggling.
"Well, I suppose I'll let you ladies get going. Have fun." he smiled, as if nothing happened. he left the room with Steve and Tony, and we all looked after them.
"Men." we all said in unison.

Okay, we've got a few dresses for you to chose. And, like you and Bruce decided, we're not making them bridal dresses." Blossom chuckled, holding up a few dresses.
"Honestly, you guys are the best. So, let me see them. And then we'll get Marie her dress." I smiled, and she giggled. Blossom handed me a few dresses, and I looked at each of them. There was a nice pink one, a pretty blue one, then there was a green one (ha ha) and then there was a black one. I went into the dressing room and tried on each dress. The best thing was, they all fit. The worst thing was, they all fit. Now, I had to choose the one I loved the most, and I would show them that. By them, I mean my sorta bridesmaids, if that's what we can call them. I looked at each dress again, against my body, and I decided on the black dress. I pulled it on and stepped out so my friends could see.
"Cynthia, it's beautiful!" Blossom gushed, and McKenna nodded. I blushed and spun around, letting it fan out slightly. As I looked down, I realized I had the perfect shoes to go with this, and I could actually walk in them!
"Is that the one you're getting mommy? It makes you look like a princess." Marie smiled at me, and I nodded.
"This is the one I'm getting. Let me change and pay for it so we can go find your dress. After all, I'm sure daddy wants to have his little girl look even more beautiful than a queen." I smiled at her, and she giggled. I went back into the changing room and pulled the dress off, then I pulled on my clothes, and I stepped out again, the dress over my arm. I went to go pay, and Marie caught up to me.
"I think I found a nice dress while you were changing. I wanna show you." she whispered, and the lady working the register smiled at her. She handed me the dress back in a box, and I smiled at her before letting Marie pull me over to the kid's section. The dress she showed me was a beautiful shade of light pink, and it made her smile widely.
"What do you think mommy?" she asked, and I nodded.
"Try it on, and then we'll see." I took it down and handed it to her, and she raced off to the dressing room. When she came back out, she did indeed look like a princess. The pink was flattering against her skin, and it brought out her eyes.
"Is it good mommy?"
"Sweetie, it's wonderful. That's the one you want?"
"Mhm."
"Perfect. Go change and we'll go buy it."
"Okay mommy!"
She took off into the dressing room and came back out in her clothes. We walked back to the register, and she carefully set the dress down. I paid for it, and she took the box that contained her dress.
"We can't show daddy, right? It's bad luck. It'll be our secret." Marie giggled as we found Blossom and McKenna. They had chosen matching dark blue dresses, and we were all ready to go. I smiled down at Marie, and she took my hand, gently squeezing it.
"Daddy's gonna think you're the most beautiful mommy in the world." she whispered, and it was that one little thing that made my heart melt.
"And he'll think you're the most beautiful little girl in the world. Now, let's get home so we can see daddy, okay?"
"Okay mommy."

Hey guys! The wedding chapter will probably be the next chapter or the one after that. Anyways, I had an idea. I was debating about posting a short story about Cynthia's mom and Coulson, OR a short story regarding Marie and where she came from. Do these sound good? Which one sounds better?
Oh! This is really random, but if any of my readers like to RP, I'm an RPer myself, and I really want to RP for some reason. If you're game for it, PM me :)
