About an hour later, I was washed, dressed, and chasing a hyper Marie around the floor.

"Tony!" I yelled. No way was he ever taking her out that early again. Bruce was watching, and he was laughing at us. I didn't really want Steve, Clint, Natasha, Thor, or Loki see me like this, but they most likely would. Who am I kidding? I don't care what they think. I'm making a little girl happy. I making my new daughter happy, I suppose.

"Yes Ms. Coulson?" Tony asked, walking over.

"You are never taking Marie out that early again. Especially for ice cream!" I scolded him. I could hear Marie giggling, and I turned around to see Bruce whispering in her ear. Her smile widened, her eyes gleamed, and Bruce chuckled.

"What are you telling her?" I said, putting my hands on my hips. Bruce just shook his head, and Tony tapped my shoulder.

"Everyone's here..." He whispered. I sighed, hung my head, and pointed at Bruce.

"This isn't over." I mouthed, and he shrugged his shoulders. Tony took my shoulder and turned me around. Sure enough, everyone was there, smiling. Even Loki...

"Hey guys." I smiled. Marie ran over to me, tugged on my hand, and I looked down at her.

"Mommy, why is the mean man back?" She whispered. I knelt in front of her, and held her shoulders.

"Sweetie, he isn't going to hurt you, or anyone, ever again. Okay?" I whispered. She nodded and hugged me, and I hugged her back. We smiled at each other, and Bruce walked over to us. I stood up straight, and Bruce wrapped his arm around my shoulders and set his other hand on Marie's shoulder.

"Wow, it's already a happy family." Natasha said with one of her... smiles. Yea, we're a family. A crazy, weird family that was brought together randomly. Quite randomly. Bruce smiled down at Marie, and she chose that moment to tear away and run away. I groaned and went to chase after her. I heard laughter, and Marie seemed to vanish.

"Marie! Marie sweetie?" I called out. I walked back to everyone, and I looked at Bruce.

"What did you do with her?" I asked him. He just shrugged his shoulders, and I crossed my arms in a sassy way. Just then, I felt this weight on my back, and I heard Marie's giggles. What the....?

"Marie? Where did you come from?" I asked the giggling girl.

"Somewhere." She laughed. Yea, no more ice cream for her that early in the morning. And I'm never letting Tony take her out again. Bruce lifted Marie from my back, and he kissed my cheek. That had better been a kiss for being a good sport. Otherwise, I was going to tie Brucey up with my vines, and have great fun with that. Marie squirmed in Bruce's arms, and he chuckled. Loki started to chuckle as well, and I shot him a death glare. There was no way in hell he was getting closer to my little girl.

"Oh, how I do hope you have another." Loki smirked. I mentally slapped myself, and Bruce looked a little grossed out and a little scared at the same time. I couldn't help but think about how cute he looked. I could never have my own child. Adoption seemed like a pretty safe option, for both Bruce and I.

"Mommy? What are you doing tonight?" Marie asked me. I was talking with Steve about something, and her little voice caught my attention.

"What do you mean sweetie?" I asked, looking down at her.

"Daddy mentioned something about you finding a house." She said. My eyes widened, and I wondered how Bruce knew about my father's house. It's true, I was planning on going to find the house again, and perhaps I could I fix it up well enough to move in. I didn't want to have to live with Tony forever, and it was probably taking away from his time, with Bruce, Marie, and I living with him and Pepper.

"Well, I was going to go out later and find the house I grew up in, and see what kind of condition it's in. If it's in fair condition, I was thinking that maybe we'd live there." I told her. Her eyes lit up, and she smiled cutely.

"Okay mommy." She said before running off. That kid. She certainly is a strange one. I shook my head and Steve chuckled.

"She seems like a fun one. Will you really move back into that house? I thought... After what Bruce said..." He trailed off. What? After he said what?

"What did Bruce say?" I asked, cocking my eyebrow and crossing my arms. Steve seemed at a loss for words, and his face flushed. I rolled my eyes and pat his shoulder before walking away. I entered our room and saw him sitting on the bed. I strode over and plopped down next to him. He looked over at me, and his eyes widened.

"Bruce, what did you tell Rogers?" I asked him sternly. He kept his gaze on anything but me, and I put my hand over his. I was confused, angered, and upset. What was he telling the others that was so secretive? When he finally looked at me, I noticed how his eyes were red, like he'd been crying for hours.

"Bruce?" I whispered. I removed my hand from his, but he gripped it gently. He pulled me into a hug, and it was a tight one. I hugged him back, and he looked me in the eye. Tears glistened on his cheeks, and I wiped them off.

"You won't leave, right?" He asked me. My eyes widened, and he clung to me. I had no idea he could be so vulnerable.

"Why would you think that? After all we've been through? How could you think such a thing?" I asked him. Bruce looked at me before kissing me, catching me by surprise. He seemed to want to make a point by kissing me rougher than ever. His hands were on my waist, pulling me closer, while my arms found their way around his neck. This was a strange side to Bruce, and I figured he wouldn't want to be rough, since Hulk could come out. But, I'd probably turn into Demoria and they'd...make out.... Gross. Bruce nibbled on my bottom lip, and I so desperately wanted to pull away to breath. When I did successfully pulled away, Bruce had this look in his eye.

"I thought you'd go find your old house and stay there, and leave me and Marie." He mumbled, and he pressed his forehead to mine.

"I was going to ask if you wanted to stay. Marie already likes the idea. The house isn't even that far. It's only a few blocks from here." I whispered.

"You'd want me to move in with you?"

"Granted the house is sturdy enough after that whole fight. Who knows if it even survived?"

He smiled a little, and Bruce connected our lips once again, going as far as he wanted to before I cut him off. I ran my hands through his hair, and he was rubbing my sides gently. This time, we were broken apart by a knocking on the door.

"Hey, lovenerds, I'll let you get back to sucking face later, but now, wouldn't Ms. Coulson like to get out there and find her house?" Tony asked, which startled us both. Bruce reluctantly let me go, and I stood.

"Bruce, you could come along." I said, smiling a little. His eyes lit up, and he nodded. He grabbed his coat, and we left our room. As we walked over to the elevator, Marie ran up to us and tugged on Bruce's coat sleeve.

"Where are you and mommy going?" She asked.

"Mommy and I are going out for a bit, we'll be back later." Bruce said. I never realized how much I loved the sound of the word 'mommy' when it came out of Bruce's mouth.

"That is, if they aren't busy with other things." Tony said, taking a sip of his drink. I rolled my eyes, and Bruce and I stepped into the elevator, he hit the first floor button, and it went down.
