"You're going to what?"

"Learn how to cook," Nessie said confidently. She was just bored and wanted to try her hand at cooking. It wasn't that hard to understand.

Her siblings though, did not seem to share her sentiment.

Dax shook his head. "I bet that you'd lose interest halfway through trying"

He can't say that he knew everything about his siblings. There were some things that they each kept to their own. But one thing that he knew for sure about Nessie was that she often had problems with commitment.

Not only that, Nessie tended to be chaotic. God knows if the place would still be in one piece once she cooked.

"It also seems dangerous."

"No, I'll be fine."

"Not you, I mean dangerous for this house."

Nessie swore she has never felt this much urge to punch her own sister.

"At least my cooking won't actually hurt someone." She sneered instead.

"Yet."

She threw a dirty napkin over her shoulder knowing Cay was sitting on the countertop. "Whose side are you on!?"

"Yours before you decided to whack me in the face!" Nessie growled at him, definitely disliking his answer.

"I'm still gonna do it, none of you can stop me."

"Wanna bet?" Dax lifted a bowl of ingredients that he knew took hours for Nessie to prepare.

She looked at him wide-eyed. "You wouldn't dare!"

He flipped the bowl upside down.

Well, now she had to do it all over again. Not to mention she has to clean the floor.

Nessie charged at him. Using her powers (recklessly!), time bent to her will. Her speed was a bit faster than normal. Dax wasn't an easy one to catch either as he too zoomed away.

"I'm pretty sure we were told to use our powers responsibly!" Cay yelled at their disappearing forms.

Their little chase went on for a while. The others could only wait until one of them dropped to the ground.

Probably Dax.
