Third Person:
Five had never been one for myths or fairy-tales. He preferred the scientific truth over anything else. And this would never change no matter how long he lived.
Except if it came to his wife.
If she wanted the moon, he would defy all laws of science and nature and find a way to get the moon right into her hands. So whenever it came to pretending that he cared about some shiny rocks to make his wife happy, he would've gladly read all the books in the world about these 'crystals' just to put a smile on her face.
Currently, Five and his wife are walking around the mall holding hands, taking the day off, and cherishing the time they have together. His wife is the first to notice the beautiful lights glimmering on the floor of the mall and she follows them to see where they lead, landing on a lamp from inside a crystal shop. Five notices how she pauses, following her eyes, and sees the shop she is looking at. He looks back at her.
"Do you want to go in there, love?" He asks gently. He doesn't get a reply, his wife dragging him in there before she could even respond.
"Holy shit, Five look at this one!" She gushed, holding up a blue gel-type crystal.
Five looks at the name of the crystal on the shelf. "That one is blue Calcite," He says, then spotting the yellow Calcite next to it.
"I read a book on crystals, and one of its main traits is to help balance the emotional and mental level, between emotions and intellect." She says, still enhanced with the crystal.
"I'm going to get this one," She says, holding the crystal. She stares with a certain gleam in her eyes that Five takes notice of. He grins, walking over to her and placing a hand on her waist. He softly kisses her cheek.
"You're not going to love the crystal more than me, right?"
"Not a chance."
They look around a bit more, and Five spots a green one that catches his attention.
Stopping in front of it, Five looks at the label on the shelf. 'Malachite'
"Hey love, look at these!" He says, calling Y/n over to where he is.
She walks over to him noticing the type of crystal it is. "Malachite! It provides protection, helping negativity, and physically helping to make our overall well-being like our immune systems, respiratory system, liver, and energy levels better." She says excitedly.
Five grabs one. "I'm getting this one," He says, smiling over at her.
They both pay for their crystals, heading back outside.
"We are most definitely going back to that store." Five says, interlacing his hand with hers.
They both walked back to the academy happily.
