Chapter 6: Trouble Times Two Pt.1

My grades have gone up quite a lot cause of Ezra lighting a fire under my ass(literally and metaphorically) every time I slack off, and apparently, the fact that I have not been expelled from this school yet has impressed my family so much that they have decided to enroll Josh in this school too. Let me tell you about Josh, he is my first cousin from my dad's side and he and i are like the black sheep of our families. We were both really close before he had to move to London cause of his parents, though he is a year older than me, we are in the same class as he flunked a year in middle school. 

Josh is like the male version of me, I don't think the school could take us both at the same time. We are the perfect partners in crime, it's like we can almost read each other's minds when we are getting in trouble. Josh and I have gotten in so much trouble that we were banned from going to school together but he was also expelled from the last school that would take him in London so they had no choice but to send him here plus the positive change in me was just the last push they needed. but I wasn't complaining about this, I am so excited to live with Josh, and plus the school would never see it coming. 

It's Saturday and he's coming here today and he starts school on Monday, even though I have known this amazing news( at least for me ) since Wednesday, I haven't told anyone at school, but Ezra did suspect something was up as I was more excited than normal but I could brush it off without telling him, I really don't understand how he knows something is up Every fucking Time, it's like he has a sixth sense or something when it comes to me.

"Hey Baby!!!!" He said as soon as I opened the door and I jumped on him and hugged him so tight. I just realized that I missed him so much and he was probably the only family member I genuinely loved." Hiii, how are you ???" I asked him in an excited tone, he was still holding me up in his arms and I can't even explain how happy I was.

"I am more than good right now Alex!!!! I am so happy to see you again." He said with a huge smile on his face.

"Me too, I thought they would never let us see each other after what we did last year!"

Last year, we may have gone on a drive whilst we were both drunk and then proceeded to crash our car into a parked Mercedes and then leave both our cars there and partied at a club which may or may not have involved some drugs. Well, at least that's what the police told us when they arrested us cause I don't really remember what happened. It took a lot of top-class lawyers and a butt load of money to make sure that it wouldn't be on either of our permanent records.

"Yeah! Me too." He said while putting me down from his arms but still looking so happy.

I told him all about the school and the spanking shit over the weekend while we caught each other up on what's going with our lives. I also told him about Ezra and that for once in my life I do actually like him and I wanted to tell him that he may be the only adult that I am actually scared of but I would never admit that to anyone out loud.

It's Monday today and both of us are already late to school cause we ended up talking until late at night and the dozen beer cans that we had gulped might also have played a part in making us extra sleepy. We rushed towards the principal's office and got his schedule and everything from his secretary. We had almost all the same classes so we both headed towards our first class to which we were definitely almost 40 minutes late. 

"Well look who decided to grace us with their presence" I heard as soon as we opened the door, Great! It had to be Helford's class, she already hates me I am pretty sure she won't let this slip without doing anything.

"Yeah I have heard that my presence is quite heavenly," Josh said with a smirk on his face and we high-fived each other.

"And who are you?" She asked clearly agitated by us

"Name's Josh and I am not really interested in knowing your name, so let us just get to our seats," Josh said in a crude manner and we made our way to sit without waiting for her response.

"Excuse me!" She said as she realized what Josh had said.

"You're excused," I told her in a sarcastic tone.

"So I am adding truancy, disturbing the class, and disrespect to both your reports which your mentors will be receiving, let's see how much you enjoy that meeting," She said in a smug way
I am sure the Bitch was having fun even thinking about the report.

"Sure whatever you want honey," Josh said like he was talking to a three-year-old but I kept my mouth shut at the threat of Ezra cause only God knows what he would do to me after seeing this report.

After the bitch started teaching throwing occasional glares at our way. I leaned towards Josh and asked him " who's your mentor anyway?"

He took out the papers that he got from the office and said " some Michael Saltzman"

"Damn I think you should be careful cause even though he is quite nice, he seems too strict," I told him but he just scoffed it off

I swear this is exactly what I was like when I first entered the school. I told you Josh is literally the male version of me. The rest of the classes went by pretty okay except for the attitude both josh and I had because of the hangover finally hitting us. It wasn't too bad cause we didn't really drink too much but it still soured my mood and so did Josh's.

I introduced him to my gang, Bree, Ian, and Cole, (Bree and Jace broke up so he and his friends don't sit with us), and they seemed to click too. Bree even pulled me aside to yell at me for not telling her about "my hot brother". I have a feeling about how much trouble we all are going to get in together.

But after all the classes ended and I headed toward room no. 302 after showing Josh the way to room 310 which was Mr. Saltzman's classroom.

But as soon as I entered the room I was met with the darkest pair of eyes which made me stop at the door.

"Good Afternoon Alexis." He said in one of the coldest tones I have ever heard.
