Victoria's life turned upside down when she finds out that her real dad is an FBI agent.
After her mom died, living in the system was probably what made her so prone to falling into trouble, not that she was an angel before, but having no consequences for your actions can get to your head real quick.
Now she has to go live with an FBI agent, who would probably have thrown her in jail himself if he knew half the things she has done and is supposed to be her dad who abandoned her in the words of her 'mom'.
