Jaxo Gambino's Log - Day 1 - Part 4 - Plundering Puerto Manto

Hi there, Jaxo Gambino reporting.

Now Ricardo gave Ol' Jaxo a description but he didn't give you the full story.

This coat, that Jaxo is wearing is made from the finest Jupitarian leather, carved from the gas clouds and fined tuned depositionally.

Jaxo's current shirt is made from pure Saturnalian silk. The Writing here, is Neptunian.  Translated into Spanish, meaning "Estoy Aqui" which means "I am Here."

Don't expect Jaxo to reveal everything about yours truly, however. A man has to have his secrets.

But I should get down on some details. First of all, Jackso is representing Gleisa 581G. Born in the year 3000. While Jaxo looks around 18, Jaxo's actually 28 years old and Yes, Jaxo also happens to be a little person. That's all you be getting for now.

Back to the good part.

Now, Jaxo saw these two lost souls just floundering around looking all kinds of confused.

This guy with the red and black harlequinn weave came up and he asked Jaxo if he was from the present day.

Jaxo told him that he was but he gotta be more specific. The "Present" for Jaxo, are the 3000's. When Jaxo told him this.

I still remember his reaction.

Ricardo was like "WhhAAAt?!" He was obviously a 21st century boy.

The other kid Billie-Jean, was also surprised but wasn't as extra. I remember his classic accent.

"Another person from the future? Curiouser and curiouser..."

Ricardo asked Jaxo about what has changed from his year 2024 to the year 3000. I mean not much has changed except we live underwater. That's how it is on Gleisa 581G.

Jaxo used to have this joke where he'd tell people from the past that their "Great, Great, Great Grandaughter is really fine." But that little statement got Jaxo into a scrape everytime.

While know Jaxo could take these two fresher, Jaxo didn't feel like starting something over nothing.

They commented on my accent, saying it sounds American. Which Jaxo tends to get a lot, since he was born and bred in the United Colonies of Apollonia, Gleisa. We were a collection of American colonies until we became independent after the revolution of 2751.

Ricardo asked Jaxo what the date and time was.

At time Jaxo believes it was around 23:77 on a Ruesday, the year 350. Which of course didn't really explain much to them.

Okay here's what you need to know, Isle De Siempre is resides within a pocket universe that surrounds the top star of the Aquarius Constellation.

Jaxo told them that they can't be using their Earth logic to make sense of this place, You're just going to have a hard time.

You see the first guys that came here got here by accident.

They were the Seven founders of the School O'Crossbones.

Silver Saturday

That was until the year 100. Isle de Siempre has two volcanoes but one of them erupted that day, so it was stroke of luck that there was a Space Pirate ship that crash landed on the volcanoes blocking them off.

While the ship has be stranded there ever since, they were able to convert the magma into energy.

This day was known as Purple Life Day.

So now we have Eight Days a week.

As for time. The founders had not real clocks to use and sundials were pretty much useless.

The only things they had to tell time was the money they had.

So a day is now 30 hours.

Jaxo will admit that this new system will take some time getting used to. Those two looked even more confused than before.

Both of them asked a lot of questions but who do they think I am? A chronologicalist?

Yeah this log is brief, but so was Jackso's first encounter with Ricardo and Billie-Jean.

It wouldn't be later until we crossed paths and well...crossed fists again.
