River Torres didn't have a bad life, though it wasn't the best: she still had it better than most. She played the nice girl but really was a bitch, watching as innocent people turn dark, and went on killing sprees; yet at some point it became a normal thing for Shadyside. River's nice girl facade began to crumble and show her true colors when her brother went crazy and killed his best friend Heather Watkins along with many others at a mall. I guess he was just another Shadysider who lost their mind in this town.

River was done with everything, done with the fake people at school, done with people joking about Heather's death, done with joking about her brother. she was done with it. tired of people who once cared about her, now turning on her just because her brother went crazy, as if she was going to follow in his footsteps.

Rivers life slowly start to go down hill when one of her bestfriends Deena Johnson needed her help to throw a freezer at a car causing it to crash, soon leading them all into a suicide mission to save a single person, killing the few people she still cares for.
