chapter 21

The surgery went well and they had taken Arizona to recovery.
Georgia sat beside her not letting go of her hand at all. Derek had to run off as Meredith had gone into labor.

Russell; Baby if you can hear me, can you just.. can you live, for me please just live.

Arizonas hand gently squeezed Georgia's, she looked up at Arizona and saw she was fighting with her tube. Georgia called for somebody to help.

Robbins; hey

Russell; you scared me. I'm so sorry this happened to you.

Robbins; it's not your fault babe, it's okay, I'm okay.

Russell; but he, he

Robbins; raped me?

Russell; exactly, plus he nearly killed you.

Robbins; the main thing is he didn't, and I managed to get him off of me so I'm fine, now get you ass here and hug me properly.

Arizona moved over and Georgia climbed into the bed with her. They both ended up falling asleep in eachothers arms.

5 days later Arizona was given the all clear and was discharged. It was Christmas eve so timing couldn't be better, they had decided Callie and Penny would have Sofia Christmas eve and Arizona and Georgia Christmas day.

Robbins; I can't wait to be able to sleep in our nice comfy bed with you.

Russell; the feelings mutual glad I got to have the next week off to look after you.

Robbins; and how exactly did you manage that.

Russell; Karev.

Robbins; oh, okay.

Russell; let's get you home.

They got home and relaxed on the couch watching Christmas movies they both fell asleep snuggled up with eachother. Arizona woke up suddenly from a bad dream but luckily she did not disturb Georgia, she cuddled down into Georgia's chest, placing her hand on Georgia's tummy and she managed to drift back off to sleep. they both woke up around 9am Christmas morning.

Russell; happy Christmas beautiful.

Robbins; happy Christmas babe.

They gave eachother a passionate kiss and Georgia grabbed a small gift from below the tree

Russell; here this is for you.

Arizona opened the gift, it was a beautiful heart shaped necklace with their initials engraved on the back.

Robbins; omg you didn't have to get me anything, but I love it thank you babe.

Georgia helped her put it on and kissed her neck below her ear.

Russell; I love you.

Georgia then straddled Arizona's lap and kissed her passionately

Robbins; although this is lovely and all Sofia will be here soon.

Russell; well we don't have to do anything more than a good old fashioned make out session.

Robbins giggling; I like that idea.

They carried on making out using their tongues to deepen the kiss. There was then a knock on the front door, Georgia jumped up and went to answer to door to a very excited Sofia and a very tired looking Callie and Penny.

Sofia; GiGi it's Christmas.

She hugged Georgia kissing her tummy talking to the baby.

Sofia; hello baby santa has been and got me lots of presents. I was hoping he would bring me you but mama told me you are not ready to come yet.
