Raya watched as every tribe invaded the gem temple. Each of the tribes wanted the gem. Nammari looked at Raya with guilt in her eyes. I'm sorry Raya. She thought. Both Raya and Chief Benja defended the gem from them. But Benja looked at her daughter and came to a realization. "No, we don't have to fight, we can come together, build a better world, I believe that we can be Kumandra, again." "He's right." A voice said. Raya recognized the voice. "Nammari?" She asked. Nammari stepped up to Raya. Raya became more defensive the closer Nammari came. "Raya, I'm not going to hurt you anymore. " Nammari said. Nammari started to cry, "I made a terrible mistake, " she said, " I trusted someone I shouldn't have." Nammari looked at her mom. She was shocked, she couldn't say anything, she couldn't do anything. Her daughter was apologizing for something she made her do. "How do I know this isn't another trick. " Raya said. Nammari just went up to her and hugged Raya with all her might. She cried into Raya's shoulder. Raya's instincts told her not to trust her. But her soul told her Nammari meant this apology. Raya hugged her back, "It's okay dep la." Raya said gently. Then, all of a sudden, someone shot at Nammari. But then Raya jumped in front Nammari and took the arrow to the stomach. Nammari gasped, "Dep la!!!" She screamed as Raya dropped to the ground. "Dewdrop!!" Benja yelled as he went over to her. Raya was coughing on blood. Nammari was holding her dep la in her arms. Not even trying to control her tears. "Why did you do that?!" Nammari screamed. "I. Love . You." Raya chocked. She then went unconscious. Nammari screamed and cried her eyes out. The other clans just watched as everything unfolded, Verena went to her daughter to try to comfort her. "GO AWAY!!" Nammari screamed, "YOU DID THIS!!!" Verena looked at her shocked, "Morning mist, I'm sorry, I didn't want this to happen. " "Just leave me alone. " Nammari said crying. Benja carried Raya to Hearts hospital which was not to far from there. Verena was still stunned by what happened. She and Fang left for home, but Nammari stayed behind, she wanted to be by her dep las side the entire time. While the doctors were operating on Raya, Nammari and Chief Benja watched the entire time, "I love you to, " Nammari whispered. Benja hugged the young princess, "thank you," he said. "For what?" Nammari asked. "For giving my daughter something to live for." 3 weeks later- Raya was still in a coma, Nammari didn't leave Raya's side for any reason. She sat on a chair next to Raya's bed. She held her dep las hand for a long time. The only time Nammari's hand left Raya's was when she ate or fell asleep. Meanwhile- Benja was going to see Raya in the hospital, his daily duties had been completed and was ready to go. But when he got to the hospital, the leaders of evrey tribe (except for Fang) showed up. Benja didn't acknowledge them. The Tail Cheif stepped up and said, "you were right, we all met with each other and realized that, we have to come together." Benja's face lit up. "What made you change your mind?!" He asked. "Your daughter," the Spine Chief said. "Her bravery, sacrificing herself for an enemy, she inspired us." Benja looked around, "Must've not been able to convince Verena huh?" He asked. "Actually, " the Talon chief said, "she was the one who called the meeting. "Meanwhile- Nammari was sitting in her usual spot holding Raya's hand. Then, she felt a thumb caressing her hand. She looked at Raya, her eyes were open, "you're here. " Raya said weakly. Nammari smiled ear to ear, "of course dep la, and I'm never leaving. " Raya then said, "I love you Nammari. " Nammari then went over to Raya, put her hand on Raya's cheek, "I love you to, and thank you for saving my life."
6 years later- Raya and Nammari are completely inseparable and never leave each other's side for any reason. The two girls loved each other their whole lives. The Chief 's of Heart and Fang connected the two lands allowing their daughters to be together. Nammari had made up with her mother, but the relationship was still strained. The dragons returned 3 years ago, and one dragon became very good friends with the two girls, I betcha you can guess who that one was. Evrey day, Nammari thanked Raya for saving her life, whenever she looked at that scar. Raya loved Nammari with everything she had, but she always wondered, what if Nammari went through with the betrayal?
