Raya had found an abandoned shack in the middle of Tail. She was about 16, it has been 4 years since it all happened. She has lived without her ba for 4 years. If I ever see that binturri again. But then Raya heard knocking on the door. Who the heck is that, Raya thought. Raya opened the door and saw a horribly wounded Nammari. Nammari collapsed on the ground from pain. "Nammari?" Raya asked. Nammari didn't respond. She had passed out. Raya had no idea what to do. This was the person who orphaned her, the person who stabbed her in the back. But Raya had always been told to help anyone in need. And Raya looked at Nammari, she really needed help.
5 hours- Nammari woke up in a bed. She knew she was somewhere in Tail but the building was unfamiliar. She looked at where her wounds were and they had bandages on them. She looked around and saw her healer. "Dep la?" Nammari asked, looking shocked. Raya looked at her with hateful eyes, " don't say that. " Raya said. Nammari felt a great sadness take over her. "I'm so sorry Raya. " Nammari cried. "No you're not. " Raya said staring with angry eyes. Nammari was shocked, "Raya I promise you I am." Nammari begged on the verge of tears. " No, even if you are sorry, you're only sorry because you got caught." Raya said leaving. "You didn't just break the world." Raya said with tears, "you broke my heart. " Raya slammed the door and left Nammari alone. Raya stormed out towards Tuk Tuk. "Tuk Tuk, get up, we're going. " Raya snapped. But Tuk Tuk refused to let Raya on. "Tuk Tuk why the hell are you being so difficult!" Raya screamed. Tuk Tuk walked over to a stick and picked it up in his mouth. Raya was confused as he was drawing something in the sand. Tuk Tuk stopped and smiled as he seemed to appreciate his work. Raya read what he wrote, "Tvursg efh? I don't get it." Raya said. . Tuk Tuk grunted and drew something else in the sand. "Trust her." Raya read. Tuk Tuk jumped up and down happily. "I want to buddy, but I can't, she's betrayed me once, I won't let it happen again." Tuk Tuk pushed Raya back into the house. "Tuk Tuk what are you doing?" Raya asked. But Tuk Tuk just grunted and pushed her back into the house. Raya looked at the bed where Nammari once was. But she wasn't there anymore. "Where did she go?" Raya asked. But then, she saw the bathroom door open. Raya went into the bathroom to find a sobbing Nammari. She had ripped her bandages off and was on the ground crying her eyes out. She was starting to bleed again. "Nammari?" Raya asked. Was this Nammari's mood for the past 4 years? Nammari didn't notice her, Nammari slammed her head on the ground. Raya went to her side. "Nammari, what is going on?" Raya asked. Nammari the started bawling and hugged Raya tightly. "Nammari, what's wrong?" Raya asked. Nammari just sobbed into Raya's chest. "I broke you, I am so sorry, please believe me. " Nammari begged. Raya looked at her. This is a trick. Raya thought. "I... I can't, I won't let you trick me again." Raya said about to let go, but then Nammari hugged her, as if she never held anything in her life. "I'M NOT TRYING TO TRICK YOU RAYA, I WILL NEVER TRICK YOU AGAIN!!! I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, I AM SO SORRY!!!!!!!!" Nammari screamed as she was sobbing so hard her body was vibrating violently. Raya looked at Nammari, what Nammari just said broke Raya's wall. "Hey, it's, it's okay, I'm sorry for not believing you. " Raya said. Nammari looked at Raya, her eyes were red from tears. "It's......it's fine, I wouldn't believe me either. " Nammari said. Raya observed Nammari,"after, you know what happened, did you go back to Fang?" Raya asked. Nammari frowned and shook her head. Raya gasped, "I haven't seen home in so long." Nammari said. "What have you been doing?" Raya asked. "I've been looking, " Nammari said. "For you." Nammari started to cry again, "I looked for you everywhere, evrey day, begging for forgiveness, from someone, anyone. Some nights, I wouldn't sleep thinking about what I did. I couldn't go back to Fang, if I gave up on you, I would've never forgiven myself. I'll still never forgive myself for what happened." Nammari said. She wanted to say more but she couldn't stop crying. "Can I.... stay with you. " Nammari said. Raya was rubbing Nammari's neck, trying to loosen her up. "Of course... dep la. " Raya said. Nammari gasped, looked over and Raya smiled. "Dep la?" Nammari asked smiling. "Dep la." Raya awnserd smiling. Nammari rested in Raya's arms. Nammari looked at the beauty in front of her, "Raya, " Nammari whispered. "Yes, dep la." Raya awnserd. "Can you rest with me?" Nammari asked. Raya looked at her, sat down next to her, and put her head on her shoulder. "Absolutely. " Raya whispered gently. Nammari had stopped crying. And they both fell asleep to the sounds of their hearts. "I forgive you. " Raya whispered.
After RATLD
Nammari was crying in the woods near Heart. The world had been restored , but Nammari still felt the guilt stab her. But then she felt a hand on her shoulder, a feeling she's come to love. "Dep la, are you okay?" Raya asked. Nammari put her hand on Raya's shoulder. "I'm sorry. " Nammari said. "I know Nammari, it's OK, everything is going to be okay. " Raya whispered. Raya helped Nammari get up. Nammari then started hyperventilating. "Nammari?" Raya asked. "I can't face them. " Nammari said still shaking. Raya kissed Nammari softly. "Now do you believe I won't let anything happen to you?" Raya asked. Nammari smiled and nodded her head. Raya and Nammari had a few interactions over the years. Raya brought Nammari back to Fang after that day in the house in Tail. However evrey other day, Raya made sure to check on Nammari. When she did, the girls would talk to each other for hours. And if need be, they would hug each other for a long time, making sure either Nammari was forgiven, or Raya wasn't alone. Raya and Nammari held hands as they went to Kumandra. They all looked at the two girls. Nammari ran back into the woods. Dep la? Raya thought. She went after her. Cheif Verena looked on concerned. Raya followed Nammari back into the woods. Cheif Verena knew that they were in love for years, and when China Benja went towards them, Verena held him back, knowing he wouldn't help by interfering. Nammari was sitting under a tree. "Dep la, what's the matter?" Raya asked. She went to Nammari's side and put a hand on her shoulder. Nammari kissed Raya. "I love you, " Nammari whispered crying. Raya knew that Nammari felt terrible guilt, and watching families reunite would make it worse for her because in her mind, they never should've been separated. "Dep la," Raya said. Nammari looked at her. Raya opened her arms. Nammari hugged her immediately. They both sat there for hours, Nammari sleeping in Raya's embrace. Raya before she fell asleep to, whispered, "I love you to." to Nammari. She then saw her ba watching them, they waved at each other and Raya fell asleep holding Nammari in her arms. Benja looked on proud of his daughter, she had someone to take care of now, she truly grew up.
