"So Boun, but not the Boun from my time-line but from another is planning to destroy the universe using the power of the Drunn, and now we have to finish all of these realities to stop him?" Sisu asked. "Wow, you pretty much nailed it." The man said surprised. "Great, so what's first, " she asked....
"Raya, " Sisu said. Raya immediately jumped up. She was in her bed. "Sorry for budging in Raya, I was just concerned about you." Sisu said shyly. "I could hear your screaming from downstairs. " Raya hugged the dragon tightly. "I'm sorry for waking you, " Raya said, "but I'm just, scared. " Raya hid her face because of embarrassment and guilt. "I know, " Sisu said gently putting her paw on Raya's shoulder. "Do you wanna talk about it?" Sisu asked. Raya shook her head, "I'm sorry Sisu, I just really don't. " Raya said crying. Sisu had no idea what Raya truly felt, the guilt, heartbreak, and fear she felt plaguing her life. The words of that note, haunting her evrey step:
I wanted to write you a letter of apology to you. I never wanted to betray you, every night I cried myself to sleep thinking about what I did. To you, to Kumandra, to everyone. Every single day, all I think about is guilt, all I see is that night, I've tried to forget it but I can't. I can't forget how badly I hurt you, and I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!! I remembered that time we first met, I realized something now that I'm older, I fell in love with you. I have been in love with you for 6 years. And when I heard that you stole the dragon scroll. I wasn't bitter, but I was elated. It was the happiest I ever felt. What if you forgave me, what if I could say I loved you. What if we could fix this, what if, after everything, you loved me to. I searched for you for years, not to capture you but to make sure your alright, and to ask for forgiveness. But then I saw the hate you showed towards me, and I realized the truth. You will never forgive me. And if I can be honest, I don't deserve to be happy, I don't deserve to be forgiven, I don't deserve to be loved. After what I've done, this is what I deserve. You showed me, that I don't deserve anything. The moment you called me a "no good binturri," my heart burst, my faith that you could forgive me was destroyed. I don't care if you hate me. I love you, so much. Maybe, one day, you will find the strength to forgive me. But I know you'll never love me, I have hurt you to much. I just wanted you to know, before I do it, that I love you my dragon nerd. See you on the other side dep la.
"You're thinking about Nammari again aren't you?" Sisu asked gently, knowing how sensitive she was about this. "Sisu, I said I don't want to talk about it!" Raya yelled sternly. Sisu put her paw on Raya's shoulder, Sisu knew how sensitive she was to talk about Nammari, and Sisu knew she wasn't helping. "Do you want me to leave. " Sisu asked. Raya had no idea, she really wanted to be alone, but she also wanted to hug someone, anyone. "Yes, no, I don't know. " Raya whispered. "It's just hard to think about, me being the reason someone killed themselves." Sisu took a look at Raya, she could see how broken hearted Raya had become, but there was one thing that Sisu was confused about. "Raya, how did you flip your hate for Nammari, and turn it into love?" Sisu asked. Raya just looked at Sisu, Raya had questioned whether she actually loved Nammari, or if she was just saying that to clear her guilt. "I, don't, I don't know. " Raya stumbled. She started to cry again. Sisu had never seen this kind of sadness in anyone before. She wasn't used to this kind of situation, all she could do was promise she'd be there for her, but she had no idea what to do to help her. Luckily, Cheif Benja entered Raya's room, "Dewdrop, are you okay?" He asked. Raya immediately hugged her father. "Ba, I'm sorry, I've become weak haven't I." Raya cried as her ba hugged her. Benja's heart broke at what she just said, alot of what she's said about herself over the year broke his heart. Benja wanted to make her daughter feel better, but in reality, he truly had no idea how far her depression was. He had no idea what Raya was going through, no one should ever be the reason someone killed themselves, even if the person did something awful to them, it was still a terrible thought. "Dewdrop, I don't know what you're feeling, but I promise, I will always be here hold you, and you don't need to be strong, just keep being a good person, OK?" Benja said. Raya smiled,"thank you, both of you, I'm trying to make you guys happy, bit, I'm just, afraid. " Raya whispered. "What are you afraid of?" Benja asked. Raya just stayed silent, "okay, " Benja said reassuringly. "You don't need to tell me, right now if I'm being honest, I can't even begin to imagine what you are feeling. But just know that me, and Sisu, are always going to be here for you." Benja smiled at his daughter, encouraging her to smile, knowing that might make her feel a little better. Raya smiled and hugged her ba with all her might. "I'm so glad you're back. " Raya whispered crying. Benja held his daughter tightly, not wanting to let go, not wanting her to ever feel alone again. "I love you so much Dewdrop, you are not alone anymore, you understand?" Benja whispered. Raya was glad to hear that, but it didn't make her feel better, "ba, I need her, I need to let her know I forgive her. " Raya said. And Raya was telling the truth, even If she could only speak to her for a moment, she would just want Nammari to know that Raya forgave her. A while later. Sisu was heading back to her relatives, but as she ran on raindrops. She remembered Raya's once snarky personality, had turn into a hopeless one, saddened and guilty. She started to cry as she made it back to her home, nestled in the hills of Heart. Sisu started to cry as she tumbled into the nest. Her brother, Pengu, saw Sisu's condition and quickly went to her. "Sis, what's wrong?" Pengu asked. Sisu hugged her brother, "it's, Raya, she's heartbroken, I can't stand to watch her anymore. " Sisu said. Pengu hugged his sister tightly, he could see how deeply she cared for Raya. "Sisu, from what you've told me about her, she is a strong woman." Pengu reassured her. "I don't, I can't watch Raya do this to herself, I just want her to be happy, she has her Ba, her home, friends who care and look up to her. I just can't understand why she's unhappy, she has everything. " Sisu said. Pengu hugged his sister, "Look, love is an extremely complex emotion, even if you have everything, if you lose someone you deeply love, you have nothing. " Sisu was still confused, "but, she hated Nammari, "Sisu said, "then after she read that note, she completely changed, it's almost like she forgot everything that happened." Pengu knew this wasn't a situation Sisu was used to, "Sis, right now, I think it's best to let Raya be alone and try to arrange her thoughts, she's going to be okay. " Sisu decided that maybe that was best for Raya. Meanwhile, Chief Verena had moved into a house in the middle of the woods. She hadn't felt peace since it happened, she spends her days re-reading her memories, looking for any signs that Nammari wanted to kill herself. She would cry often, asking why her daughter would do this. But there was one person who could make her feel better, someone she learned to befriend. "Cheif, " Raya said. Raya was looking for her throughout the house, it wasn't big, it was actually quite small, but it made Verena comfortable. Raya found Verena in her living room. "Hey chief." Raya said softly. "Hey Raya Hon," Verena said smiling. Raya sat next to Verena on the couch. Raya had helped Verena alot over the year. She convinced Verena to not end her life and helped her find a new home, it was the least she could do for Nammari. "How are you Verena, " Raya asked. Verena thought for a moment, "I'm feeling a little better, which I know isn't saying much," Verena said. "Hey, it's still an improvement." Raya said as she put her hand on Verena's shoulder. "But how about you Raya." She asked. "How are you doing?" Raya thought for a moment. "I'm not sure, I just feel really guilty ab" Raya was then interrupted. "Raya, are you blaming yourself for what happened?" Verena snapped. Raya was about to say something more but she was stopped, "Raya, it wasn't your fault, do you understand, you weren't the wernt who forced her into shape, you weren't the one who told her to suppress her feelings, you weren't the one who told her to never follow her heart, you weren't the one who was arrogant towards her own daughter, and left her to cry alone, evrey single night, and didn't even bother to ask if she was okay, I didn't even bother to say I loved her! YOU WEREN'T THE ONE, WHO LEFT HER DAUGHTER ALONE IN HER DARKEST MOMENT, AND EXPECTED HER TO SURPRESS HER EMOTIONS!!!!" Verena rambled until she broke into tears, "IT WAS ME!!!! I'M THE REASON SHE'S DEAD!!!!" Verena yelled as Raya hugged her. Verena was starting to remember that day....
