A/N( I see Armenio as an average height, kinda skinny man with glasses who is very awkward)

James POV:

After a good few hours of work, I went to check on Y/n.

I knock on the already open door to notify her of my presence. She didn't turn my way, instead, she kept typing and wiggling in her seat.

"Ms. Y/L/N?" I called out. No answer.

I finally noticed she had earbuds in. I walked closer to her and waited for her to notice me. She looked over startled and paused her music.

"Mr. Barnes"

"Are you done?" I sigh

"Yes, Mr. Barnes, I am. I actually finished an hour ago but I thought I should give you a second." She smiled.

"No need."

"Are you feeling well Mr.Barnes? You seem off"

"I'm doing perfectly fine Ms. Y/L/N. Go ahead and take your lunch break"

"Have a good one. Hey Steven!" She called, rushing after him

I look over to see them talking. I clench my jaw and roll my eyes.

"Jealous?"

I turn around to see Natasha smirking. "Why the hell are you here?"

"I'm having lunch with my best friend, her friend, and my boyfriend"

"Then go ahead and stop bothering me"

"I'm not your bitch, don't talk to me like one"

"My dearest apologies Natasha, I'll work on my asshole like behavior"

"Anyways, why won't the two of you just fuck? It's painful to watch"

"Natasha, with all due respect, fuck off"

"You've known each other for like 3 months and it's been non stop sexual tension"

I give her no answer and just walk away. "Have a nice lunch Natasha"

"You should join, I'm sure Y/n would enjoy your company"

"I have work to do."

~

I was deeply distracted. I had been typing the same sentence for 15 minutes. I pull out my phone and give someone a call.

"Stop by Y/n's house later today and tell her what I told you," I order

"What would I do?"

"Just tell her what it's for"

"Um. A-Are you sure, Sir?"

"Armenio. Call the hell down. Why are you so timid all the time?"

"It's my natural state!"

"Just make sure it's when she's off so you won't be knocking on a door with no one there"

"What if I do? When will you leave work?"

"Armenio! You know what time I get off"

"Right, right. Bye, Mr.Barnes"

"Bye, Armenio"

~

Y/n's POV:

I come back from my lunch break and go back to James' office.

"Mr.Barnes? What should I do next?" I ask.

"Um, no, you're done for the day"

"Oh, should I go home?"
