KANAMIC: Ralm of the Supernaturals (Prologue)

HELLO ALL OF YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!

I just wanted to make a couple of things known before you start reading my book! Thank you for the support btw, it means soooo much! 😭😁😭😁 (sorry about that, back to the point)

Anyway, this is my first story that I'm putting out into the world. So I would appreciate any and all feedback! Constructive criticism is always welcomed as long as it's respectful, and doesn't sound as if your trying to get me to write the story your way. I will absolutely not be doing that, write your own if that's your goal!🤨

Also, I am a mother. With that being said, I will try my absolute best to update once a week, sometimes if we're lucky, maybe even more! So please be patient with me, I would really appreciate it. 🙏🏽🙃😇☺️

💥THIRD PERSON💥

Long ago, before the human world ever existed. The gods decided to create beings they could rule over. They wanted to bless these beings with gifts, giving them special powers. Giving them just a slight taste of Olympus. Thus the first supernaturals in existence were created.

The first to be created were the Angles. They were meant to bring peace and prosperity. To sooth the souls of others and to guid them on the right path after death, or if they so choose to ascend. Next crated were the Demons. In order to have peace you also must have chaos. It's a key point in survival to always have balance, and they will also provide protection and a place for corrupt souls who refuse to be guided by the Angels. Next were the Vampires. They were meant to be strong and also create balance. They were tasked with being loyal to the demons and working side by side with them to control the corrupt.

After the Vampires came the Elves. Just as the demons need an ally of balance so do the angels and for them were the elves. Their purpose was to build the land. Keep the wildlife and plant life nourished and healthy. For they will need food water and shelter. After them the gods created Witches and Warlocks. They are also apart of balance and was created to keep control over the corrupt. Then he created Pixies, Ogres, Seers, and Finally the shifters. The god decided to placed them all in their own realm, their safe haven where they could roam free. This haven is known as Kanamic.

As all supernaturals should, they were each blessed with powers, immortality, and mates. Mates are the other part to the supernaturals soul. Their mates make them stronger, happier, and able to thrive and age properly. Their powers were determined by rank. Kings or queens from a certain species were blessed with four set of powers. Elders are usually blessed with four or as little as two. It al just depends on the power and the strength that one holds. High ranking members of species are usually blessed with three or four. For those who are not of high status are blessed with one or two if lucky. But in any world they all need someone higher than all, and so The gods decided to choose two people from either species to rule over the whole realm. These two people were chosen from a school of supernaturals. There they would all learn to grow and manage their powers and learn trades that would better them and their realm.

The gods would pick from the strongest of children no matter the rank. One from the light side of balance and another from the dark. The ones chosen were given powers from all of their kind. The light was given all powers from the light supernaturals and the dark all powers from the dark. Since the beginning this was how it worked. The King and Queen of Kanamic were chosen then after, the supernaturals would crown their own courts. Even though it wasn't unheard of for a realm king or queen to be a king or queen of its species. They still wanted to respect their gods choosing.

Now usually there has never been a king and queen of the realm to be mates. The supernaturals felt that this is because of the immense power that the pair held. Every supernatural passed down their power to their offspring. Thus they believed this to be the reason for the way it has been. That was until, King Victor and Queen Nevaeh.
