✨STORM'S P.O.V.✨
Here I sit in the middle of a cherry blossom garden. The grass is so green and vibrant. The beautiful cherry blossoms smelled and looked amazing. There was even a cute little coy pond with a bridge that goes across it. Standing up to my feet. I looked down at the dress that is adorning my body. It's a long white silk gown with lace sleeves and neckline. My hair is in a curled up-due and from what I can tell. I don't have on any makeup and I'm barefoot.

I look around at my surroundings to try to figure out where exactly I am, and then I saw movement. From behind the trees lurking in the shadows, I saw something white. I squinted my eyes to try and get a better look when the thing moved again. "Who's there?!" I yelled while still being able to be calm. For some reason, I didn't feel scared or threatened. Honestly, I just really wanted to see what this creature was. "I won't hurt you!" I said. "I won't even move from this spot! Just come out please?" I waited a few minutes for an answer, but got nothing. I sighed then turned my back towards it to walk over to the bridge. As soon as I took the first step I heard rustling from behind me then felt a huge gust of wind.

Slowly I turned around to face the unknown creature from the shadows. Standing in front of me was an eight maybe nine foot tall dragon. It had beautiful white scales that glistened in the sunlight. Its white, golden eyes are so big and bright it's just radiates beauty, and I'm pretty sure it's a girl. "You are seriously beautiful..." I said in awe.

"You are as well Storm." What the hell! Did it just talk to me? My eyes widened and my jaw went slack. I can't believe this is happening right now. I must be dreaming. I have to be. Right? "No Storm you're not dreaming. Well, not actually. We are in your subconscious though. This is my home." I was still very confused at this point, but I had tons of questions and I needed answers.

"Okay, you say that my subconscious is your home, right? Who exactly are you?"

"My name is Genesis, and I am an elemental dragon. I am also your dragon, and you Storm, are a shifter."

"Wait... what? I'm a shifter? I thought I was some type of angel/demon hybrid?!" I asked getting even more confused by the second. Genesis began to chuckle and shake her humongous head.

"Ha! If that were the case, because of how powerful you are. You would be a dark angel, or a very high raking Royal demon." She said mater-of-factly. I raised a brow at her impudence.

"Well then, Genesis. Since you know so much, who exactly are we then? Hm? Where are our parents? And why the hell are you only just now popping the fuck up?!" I yelled suddenly feeling angry as my chest tightened at the thought of her not being here this entire time.

"I didn't choose to not be here!" She yelled accusingly. "I do have the power to ignore you for a few days, but being without you for more than a weak would weaken us both and possibly even kill us!"

"Well I didn't do it! I don't even remember having you! I don't remember anything that happened to me before I arrived at the orphanage."

"Well someone powerful had to lock me away. I've been asleep for most of this time. I've tried many times to reach you, but it seemed like what ever spell we were under disconnected us from each other almost completely." I paced as I ran my hand threw my hair. Growing even more agitated by the minute.

"Why would someone do that?!" I yelled as my eyes started to get blurry with unshed tears. The once blue and peaceful sky was now turning grey as a light drizzle of rain started to form. Even though my mind doesn't seem to recall ever having Genesis in it. My heart sure does. "I have trained all my life with no complaints. I have done the work, and yes I know there's more I could do. Especially when it comes to my emotions. But, don't I deserve some answers. This shit is just not fair!" I screamed, I know I'm being childish, but damn! All I want to know is what the hell is going on! Is that really too much to ask? "I needed you!" I screamed surprising myself.
