Aizawa
The first day of school just ended, and Smith was a no-show. I had faith in that kid. I really did. But pretty soon we're going to have to give up her spot if she continues to skip.
I did get one recruit to come--er 2 I guess. AJ and Serena are already fitting in just fine, but I worry about the other one and she's not even here yet. She missed the quirk assessment, and tomorrow they get thrown into action with All Might of all people. He may be the Number One Hero, but that man has absolutely no regard for safety.
She can hold her own in a fight. I know that. I just can't help but worry about her for some reason...

Ok I chickened out.
I really tried the first day but as soon as I approached the front gate, I couldn't seem to shake this anxious feeling. I just saw the doors looming over me and I swear I almost puked.
Tomorrow...Yeah. I'll try again tomorrow.

The next day I totally overslept. When I realized what time it was, I rushed to the school as fast as I could. The only trouble was that I had no idea where to go. Luckily, a weird rat/dog(?) approached me and led me to my classroom.
Apparently he was the principal. Gosh this place was weird...
When we got there, a huge voice yelled, "Ah yes! Our last new student is here!!!"
Dang it All Might. It was pretty cool to be in his presence, but his booming voice made every head in the room turn and look straight at me.
"Uh...hey guys."
I waved sheepishly and scanned the room. I recognized some people from the entrance exam--like Broccoli Boy and the girl that kept him from falling on his face--but most of these people were new to me. They seemed pretty nice though. Well except for this one Pomeranian-looking weirdo. He looked like he wanted to murder me for no reason, but I bet I could take him in a fight if I had to.
"We were just reviewing some students' performances in the exercise we were doing. There's unfortunately not much time to chat, but you can join the last group!" All Might said with his signature annoying smile.
I can what??
"Have fun!" Nezu said. He pushed me into the group of students and walked away.
"Psst. Hey, I'm AJ." I turned to look where the voice had come from. There was a girl standing next to me with pink hair and pointy ears. She had the most beautiful wings I had ever seen too, and I couldn't help but think she felt familiar...
"I'm Natalie. Nice to meet you," I said, looking at the footage of the previous battle. "This place is insane."
"I know right?"
I tried to focus on the screen, but I couldn't shake the feeling someone was watching me. I looked over my shoulder and saw that this guy with half red, half white hair was staring at me. Or at least he was, but he tried to act casual and look away at the last second. Weird.
I didn't get much time to think about it though because suddenly All Might yelled:
"And now for the last group! Our villains will be Kirishima and Sero. Our heroes will be Tokoyami, Asui, and now Natalie!!"
Ah shit here we go.
_____________
Tokoyami and Asui (or Tsu as she wanted to be called) were really nice. We all explained our quirks to each other and made a plan. Tokoyami would send Dark Shadow out for recon first. Then, we'd proceed carefully. Tokoyami and I would provide a distraction, and I'd use my quirk as defense against any tape attacks. Then Tsu would use her agility to hop around and make it to the target. We were in pretty good shape.
Once they explained Sero and Kirishima's quirks, I figured they had probably set tape traps for us. We'd have to be careful.
We started with the plan.
"Dark Shadow what did you see?" asked Tokoyami.
"Kirishima is on the third floor with the target. Sero is moving around, stringing tape everywhere."
"Just as we suspected. Alright let's move out."
We ran up the stairs, feeling good until we heard a snap. We turned to see Tokyami clutching his ankle.
"Tokoyami!"
"I'm fine," he said. Clearly he was not.
"We have to get you out of here. It won't be safe to leave you as a sitting duck -- er crow?" I said.
"I'll take him back down to safety," said Tsu, "You go ahead."
I hesitated, but I nodded. So much for our plan. I slowly opened the door and peeked out. I didn't see anyone. I kept walking until I saw a boy with black hair and strange elbows in front of me. Sero.
"Well hello there, newbie. I'll try not to go too hard on you."
I smirked and raised my hands into a fighting position. "Likewise."
I ran forward first, hoping to land the first punch. He seemed surprised and barely dodged my attack. His form was weak, and I could easily block his punches. I could tell I was starting to get the upperhand. Tsu came running through the door, so he retreated back.
"Let's follow him! I bet he'll lead us to the target," I said.
Sure enough, moments later we were in a room with a giant rocket-looking thing and both "villains." This time, Tsu took on Sero, dodging his attacks with her agility. I faced Kirishima.
He was harder to beat with his hardening quirk. My punches only seemed to hurt me, and he started pushing me back. I felt something sticky on my foot and realized that I had stepped on one of Sero's tape traps.
"You did pretty good, but it looks like this is the end of the line," Kirishima said, raising his fist above my head to knock me out. "Sorry about this."
I just smiled and said, "No, I'm sorry about this."
He cocked his head to the side in confusion. I used my quirk to throw him across the room, right into Sero. They landed right in one of Sero's own traps, and the look on both of their faces was priceless.
"Tsu go!"
She hopped over to the target and the buzzer sounded. It didn't go exactly as planned, but we managed to score a victory for Team H.

I guess that was the last part of classes for the day. Oops. At least it was still a pretty eventful day. I was about to leave when I heard a gruff voice yell.
"Hey newbie! You think you can just waltz in here and steal the show like that? What do you think this is?"
Oh great porcupine man.
"Well don't just stand there!" he yelled, "Say something or better yet, fight me!!"
"No thanks."
Instead I sent him flying across the courtyard with my quirk before he could get another word in. I turned to face the rest of the class.
"Anyone else?" They all just stared in awe/shock in response.
"Oh I like her," AJ said from somewhere in the crowd.
Yeah. I think I was going to like it here after all.
