A/N
Hey besties. Sorry for such a long hiatus. Life has really been kicking me in the butt lately. I hope to be able to publish more soon, but I unfortunately can't make any promises for a regular schedule.
Also sorry this is kind of more of a filler chapter, but I wanted to at least give you something. And it does set up a little something for later.
I hope you enjoy! I'm already excited to sit back evilly and read the comments.

Nat
So apparently it's not a very good idea to escape your hospital room and fall asleep on the roof without telling anyone.
Or at least it certainly made Aizawa lose his mind. I guess it probably scared the crap out of him when he woke up and didn't see the previously comatose girl he was supposed to be watching over....Oops.
He got over it pretty quickly though.
After the attack, UA decided it would be best to move us into dorms together. I was pretty excited. I haven't lived in the same building as so many other people since before I ran away. Plus I think this living situation will be much less traumatizing for me, which is an automatic bonus in my book.
"Everyone settle down please. I'm about to pass these papers out with dorm assignments and basic rules. You lose it, too bad," said Aizawa, grumpy as ever.
I grabbed my paper but decided to walk around and explore for a little bit before unpacking. Apparently they had already shipped our luggage here. I didn't have much, so I figured it would be ok to take my time before heading up.
"This place is HUGE," said Uraraka.
She must have had the same idea.
"Yeah, it is pretty big," I said.
The compound I grew up in was a pretty good size but it never quite felt like home. The dorms were different, and for once the big size of the grounds didn't feel empty. It just felt like one big space full of all my friends. Dare I say, it felt like home.
I think I'm going to like this arrangement.
"Well, from what I can tell, the rooms are probably about the size of the closets at my estate, but it'll do" said Momo.
Uraraka looked like she was about to drop dead from shock. I just laughed. Momo looked confused, but I figure I'd let Uraraka explain and walked toward the elevator.
I looked down at my sheet and barely noticed Todoroki and Jiro's footsteps behind me. I reached up to push the button, but bumped into two hands. We all pulled away, flustered.
"Sorry!" we all shouted at once.
Jiro pushed a piece of hair behind her ear. Todoroki shuffled his feet and looked away. There was an awkward air that I couldn't explain.
"Um hey why don't I just push the buttons for all of us?" I asked.
"Floor 3 please," said Jiro.
"Floor 5 for me."
I was floor 4. Right in the middle.
The rest of the ride was a little awkward, but at least it was short. I got off the elevator second, and walked toward my room. I got the feeling Todoroki was watching me as I walked away, but the doors shut before I could turn to look.
My room was next to Mina. As I predicted, it didn't take long to unpack, so I knocked on her door when we were done. We talked for a while about the dorms and about something else I had completely forgotten about...
The Provisional License Exam.

Todoroki
I have been preparing for the Provisional License Exam for practically my whole life, but it still feels like it snuck up on all of us.
I was nervous. I wanted to do well so I could prove to my father that I could be a great hero without his help. I could feel the nerves worsening as we boarded the bus until I saw her.
Nat.
My best girl friend. Her presence always made me feel calm. She sat alone, looking out the window. I wondered if she was nervous too.
I was about to walk over and sit with her, but I hesitated too long. Someone else took the seat first, sitting a little too close to her for my liking. Jiro...
I felt this feeling boiling up inside of me that I didn't like. I didn't quite understand it, but I reluctantly took my seat next to Kaminari.
"Welcome to the club my dude," he said.
"What club?"
"The 'The Seat Next To My Crush Is Taken So Now I Have To Sit Next To Some Other Devilishly Handsome Fellow Instead' club."
I raised my eyebrow.
"But Denki, Nat isn't my crush. At least I don't think..."
"Well you're jealous of Jiro aren't you?"
"Well...yes..."
"Then you're definitely crushing on her. Why else would you be so bothered?"
I shook my head.
"But Nat and I are just friends."
He stared at me blankly and said, "Yeah uh sure... and I'm the Queen of England."
"No you're not? Denki, you look much too young to be the queen."
"...I'm going to choose to take the complement but woooooow Todoroki. You are not very bright are you? And that's coming from me."
He leaned back and shut his eyes.
I was rather confused. I had inadvertently complemented him, yet he insulted me. He must not understand feelings as well as he thinks he does because I was slightly hurt.
But that didn't hurt as much as it did to see Nat sitting over there with Jiro...
They were sharing a pair of headphones, laughing and listening to music. I don't know why it bothered me so much, but I couldn't get the image out of my mind.
Focus, Shoto. You can worry about this after you get your license.
