Azlaan was kept looking at shehnaaz, he was captivated by the charm shehnaaz had, he couldn't help to thank his stars and God for blessing him with shehnaaz. Shehnaaz is sobbing by embracing a mother figure like Ama as the departure time has come and she doesn't want to leave her ama Ji alone

They rushed to the hospital
Ama died on the spot and Azlan is in emergency room, doctors are treating him

After some minutes doctor came to call sidharth also

"Which wish Azlaan and I will do everything you want me to" sidharth replied quickly as Azlaan felt trouble in breathing
