"When are you coming, this time I won't let you go soon like you left 4 months back ", he announced with knitted brows

"Stay there only, I am coming to pick you up", he asserted before declining the call
Shehnaaz was having food, her hand stopped in the way when she heard
"Shameless girl, her husband left without having breakfast meal, and here she is relishing her food " her mother in law taunted her in a hateful manner
"But what can one expect from the girl who gets ready to marry her husband's brother " she spitted venom against Shahnaz
Her eyes welled up, she swallowed the food bite with the utmost difficulty, and drop the morsel she had
She left the barely eaten food and stood up to leave
"Madam, where do you think you are going"? Mother in law communicated in a sweet voice
"Room" Shahnaz replied hesitantly
"who will do the dishes then?" Mother in law yelled at her

"From now onwards you will be doing all household chores, you get that"? Mother in law instructed her works

"Janu, introduce me to your wife" the lady ordered Sidharth
Shehnaaz eyes widened, her mouth fell open at the word "and" that too from this hulk
The old lady chuckled at Shahnaz reaction, while Sidharth face remained blank in contrast to his eyes which were showing unsaid emotions
"I have some important work to do" Sidharth excused himself and left
Her mother in law also excused and left
"If I am not wrong, You are my Sidharth's wife," the lady asked with a smile
Shehnaaz nodded in affirmation
"Let me introduce myself to you, I am his grandmother's sister but he never differentiates me from her grandmother, "the lady told her relation with Sidharth
"He is a gem of a person one could be, you are very lucky to have him as your husband" the lady added further
"What is your name"? The lady interrogated Shahnaz
" Shehnaaz " she mumbled her name to the lady
"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl" the lady gave her an encouraging smile
Shehnaz also passed her a smile
Dado!!! Hayat screamed and squeezed the lady in a tight hug
"I missed you dado"! Hayat pouted
Shehnaaz also departed to the room leaving the duo behind
Dadi motioned towards shehnaaz and asked
"Is everything fine with her"
Hayat said yes with meeting her eyes with dado
"Hayaat you can't lie, you know that?" Dadi said in an intimidating tone
"Come on now spill out everything "
"Fine dado" Hayat sighed and spilled out everything about shehnaaz life and her relation with other family members
Dadi thought for a while and said
"Now I have to do something to bring them together"
