Hayes POV

I never answered that day.
I hope to god she knows why, id wait for her. even if it means she'll never love me. but I'll wait till she does.
I'd wait a thousand years. Then I'd wait a thousand more.
Because she's worth it.
Her breath taking smile,
Her prefect blonde hair,
Her bubbly laugh,
Her dimples on either sides of her cheeks.
Her sarcasm,
Her sharp comebacks,
Her.
Id wait for her.
But then it hit me. What if she didn't want me to wait for her, what if this is her trying to tell me to give up. Just like she did before.

Dani's POV

I love him.
I'll never stop loving him, honestly I don't think i ever will. I refuse to tell him my past, why I'm afraid to love. But when the time is right I suppose I will I have to.
((Time laps to a week later))

Of course I was sitting in my room with kassidy trying to catch her up on what has been happening on teen wolf.
Of course she isn't paying attention, she's just texting Nash. Like usual.
Oh! I forgot to mention, kass and Nash have been dating for about a week. We all knew it was coming.
"Hey Nash just asked if we wanted to go to the mall with him" kass said looking up from her phone.
"We or you. Cause I'm not third wheeling" I said keeping my eyes focused on the television.
"Hayes is going and he wants you to go" kass said.
"Oh sure I'll go"
Yeah me and Hayes talked things out and he said we should be just friends until I'm ready.
I still haven't told him about my past. He doesn't need to know yet.
"I'm gonna go get ready. The boys will be here in 15" kass said getting up and walking out of my room.
I quickly got up and grabbed a flower printed crop top and high waisted denim shorts with rhyme stones and my black flip flops.
"The boys are here!!" Kass yelled from downstairs.
"Okay!" as I ran down the stairs.
"Hi" I smiled at Hayes.
"Hey you look gre- I mean um," he scratched the back of his neck "cool"
"Oh Hayes" I laughed and playfully pushed him as we all walked out to the car.
"So how's #kash?" I smirked at Nash and kassidy. They were so cute, Nash was sitting in the drivers seat and kass was sitting in the passenger seat. They were holding hands though. It was adorable.
"Dani shhh, don't wreck they're moment" Hayes laughed.
"Sorry"
It took about ten more minutes to get to the mall.
"Okay me and Nash are going to get your birthday present dani so you and Hayes can go anywhere" kassidy told us as we walked into the mall.
"Okay" we both answered. Yeah, I forgot to mention that my birthday was next week.
"So where do you want to go?" Hayes asked me.
"I don't know. Let's just walk around till we find something" I offered and he agreed.
"So do you believe in love?" He asked out of the blue.
"It's my elaborate method of self-harm" I smiled back.

I asked her if she believed in love, and she smiled and said it was her most elaborate method of self-harm.
I wasn't sure what to say about that.
"We'll someday I'd like to be able to show you what love is" I whispered to myself as I looked at my feet.
"I'd love that" she said grabbing my hand and dragging me into PINK.
