*Dani' s POV*
it's been a week since I got tackled by Hayes and he's been extremely annoying. He's been trying to talk to me for the past week and it's extremely obnoxious.
I walked into the cafeteria. waved to a couple of people. the past week I've become extremely popular. I was now on the cheer team, the tryouts went great. Yes I know it's a pretty big accomplishment.
"Hey girl" Mae greeted me as I sat down at the usual lunch table.
"what's up" I replied as I took out a small bag of sunchips.
"worrying about the social studies project that we are being assigned" she said nibbling her nails. Mae usually does that when she's angry or. nervous about something.
"It's Friday. come on stop worrying. the project will be easy" I told her.
"Yeah but they are assigning partners!" she yelled. Oh boy. There is nobody that I like In my class, what am I going to do?
the rest of our lunch table finally got here and we talked and ate lunch like normal people.
it was now 7th period and time to go to social studies. yay. not.
I dat down at my assigned seat. it was next to some girl named abbey, she was nice but really shy.
"Okay students let's take a look at the board. first you will need to write down tonight's homework, then we will be assigning partners for the project!" Mr. Russel said as he shut the door and sat at his desk.
I copied down tonight's homework and waited for the assigning to begin.
"alright class! let's get started" Mr. Russel clapped his hands together. like no. shut up.
"okay first two students will be Devin Bryson and Jake Hart" he said.
lucky, Devin and Jake have been dating for about a year so I've heard. but me and Devin get along well. she's a very nice person.
"next is Danielle Allison and....."
*Hayes POV*
"next is Danielle Allison and Hayes grier" Mr. Russel said. Thank baby Jesus. now I can finally make my move on her. Dani isn't like other girls. she doesn't take shit from anyone. I like that. she's not rude. or a slut, but man does she sure where some really tight clothes. She just hated me for some reason.
I turned to look at Dani she looked like she was going to rip her hair out. she saw me looking and rolled her eyes as she flipped her hair. Damn, she was hot when she was angry.
Mr. Russel went over the project and what we had to do. He assigned the rest of the partners and told us when the project was due.
class was finally over and the bell rang. I walked out of the class and saw Dani and waited in the hall for her.
"Hey partner" I smirked.
"get away from me, grier" she hissed. salty much?
"well Damn. I was just here to ask you a question" I said almost as if her words hurt me. but I was just playing around she didn't hurt my feelings.
"if you are going to ask me out again, then the answer is no" she said sassily.
"no that's not what i was going to ask" I laughed.
"Okay what do you want grier" she said obviously getting frustrated with me.
"before I ask might I add, you turn me on when you call me grier. it's so. hot." I smirk at her, knowing that it would annoy her.
"whatever. Hayes, what do you want" she rolled her eyes"
"are we going to your house to work on the project?" I finally ask.
"I suppose" she answers.
"Okay" I reply.
"my sister is picking me up after cheer. she can probably pick you up to. you'd have to stay at school though and watch the cheerleaders or something" she shrugged.
"I have football today so yeah it'll work" I said and she replied with a simple "k" and then strutted away. man she has a nice ass. whoops. Sorry not sorry.
