After work I went back to my apartment and got right in the shower. The hot water felt amazing poring down my acheing muscles. I scrubbed soap into my hair then washed it out. When I got out of the shower I dried off and went to my room and plopped down in bed.
I was about trying to go to sleep when the fighting next door started again. Ugh this was getting hard to deal with...
Suddenly I woke up in the morning to my alarm clock. Shit I don't remember getting comfortable. I sat up right as my alarm continued going off. I went and got ready and left the clock alone. After I was ready and ate breakfast I finally turned it off.
I went to work and bought myself a coffee.
"Mmm good stuff" I looked at my phone and realized I missed a call from an unknown number then I realized it was probably the girl from the other day. Damn. Oops. Guess I'll call them back after work today. I must have slept through it and all the yelling. Not sure how I didn't sleep through my alarm.
I rubbed my eyes sleepily as I flipped the sign on the door from closed to open, then went back behind the counter. An angry chiuaua oh wait I forget he's a Pomeranian. Chiuaua's nip at your heels, and he's all bark and no bite.
"What's your deal?" I said as he stomped over.
"Fuckin neighbor left their alarm on for half an hour." He cursed under his breath. I saw bags under his eyes. Looks like he didn't get much sleep last night. I let out a snicker knowing full well it was me. "What?"
"Guess you should have gone to bed earlier. You look like shit."
"Oh shut up" he glowered at me.
"Haha alright. What do you want?"
"I... I don't know...? You make something." I rolled my eyes at this.
"Tsk tsk tsk, you know you're ganna have to learn the orders eventually right?" He kept glairing.
"Shut up and make me a coffee."
"Fine fine."
I made his coffee and he payed for it then turned to leave. But then he turned around with a really confused expression. "Uh? What's the number?"
"My number?"

"Oh... Okay.... Cool." I thought I saw his cheeks get a bit pink before he turned and almost quickly walked out the door. Interesting reaction.
After hours I got off and closed the store but sat down at a table and called the number that called me last night.
"Hello?" A female voice answered.
"Hello. Uh you called me yesterday but I was asleep.. Who is this?"
"Oh.. OH." then I heard two girls squeel. "Shinsou right!?"
"That is currect?"
"This is Cortny."
"Oh yeah. Hey." There was more squealing. "I didn't interrupt something did i?"
"No! Not at all!" She took a breath to compose herself, "Would you like to go on a date with me?"
Hmm it's not a bad idea. Gives me something to do. "Sure, what do you wanna do?"
"Movies? Dinner? What do you wanna do?"
"Dinner sounds nice. Okay. When would you like to?"
"When are you free?"
"Every day after 7pm."
"Sweet! Okay uh how about uhm.. In two days? At 8?"
"Sounds great. Okay."
We made plans to go to dinner and I was ganna pick her up and I was ganna take her to this dinner and a show place. I've never taken someone with me before but it seemed like a good idea.
