Chapter 8: the hub.

The next morning Fitz and Ward had to leave for a mission. The mission was simple. Get to the nuclear weapon. Disabled it, then leave.

Except there was no extraction plan. Skye knew Fitz could take care of himself so she went to Natasha. "Hey there's no extraction plane for Ward and Fitz mission. What do I do?" Skye asked. Natasha thought for a minute.

"Well Fitz has to act like he doesn't know how to fight so I give you permission to go all crazy. I'll even tell Fury so he doesn't punish you." Skye grinned when she heard those words.

That is how she dragged Simmons all the way over to a restricted area to look at the file. Simmons had called it her bad girl shenanigans which was totally true.

Jasper Sitwell came around the corner and caught them "hey!" Jasper yelled. So Simmons tried to lie. It didn't work out very well.

"You have a nice head." Is what she came up with. Then she just grabbed her icer and shot him. Just shot him down. Skye looked at Simmons in absolute shock.

"Alright help me get him into the supply closet." Skye told Simmons who had hidden her icer. They both grabbed a side of the body and started heading to the supply closet.

As soon as they finished stuffing him in the closet they turned around and their smiles dropped to guilty expressions. Melinda May was standing there with Kara and they both stared at the two with raised eyebrows.

"Is that Jasper Sitwell?" Kara asked. "Natasha said I could." Was the first thing out of Skye's mouth when she locked eyes with Melinda May.

She didn't want to be in trouble with the older woman. Melinda May looked for any lies but when she found none she sighed. "Alright. What were you doing this for again?" May asked her pup.

"There's no extraction team for Ward and Fitz and I told Natasha who told me to do what I'd normally do in this case. Which is hack and try not to get caught. We got caught and then we shot our way out of punishment." Skye said.

May and Kara nodded. Of course Natasha would tell her to go crazy. So then the mission started. The mission to rescue Ward and Fitz. Mostly Fitz because he was a wolf and part of the pack.

May had decided to help and when they got to the plane Coulson decided that he'd also help his team out.

So they took their plane to the Russian mobsters compound and they took out the guys with guns who were trying to harm the team.

When the boys entered the plane they went towards their respective person. Fitz went to his mate Simmons which was expected.

Ward said thanks to Coulson and nodded towards May. Then he talked a bit with Skye before she went towards her room. She had looked at the redacted file but it was mostly blacked out because she didn't have the clearance rank to look at it.

May walked into her pup's bunk and brought her into a hug. Skye immediately reciprocated the hug and brought May closer towards her.

May could feel her pup's need for attention and so she nipped and nuzzled her pup's neck. Which got moans and whimpers from her pup.

The rest of the night May took the time to pleasure and dominate her pup getting rid of all her worries. Whilst Skye whined and whimpered and pleaded for the pleasure it all turned into a give and take game.

They eventually fell asleep with Skye curled up around May. May holding her pup from behind her towards her body possessively.

They found out when on a week long break at the hub that Skye and May couldn't be away from each other for more than 8 hours without their wolves becoming feral.

It must be because May was there when Skye was getting her treatments so her pup developed around May and decided that it needed May to support them but they didn't know for sure.

Their next mission started off as a simple clean up job. They were cleaning up after a fight that Thor had and were being careful to look for alien technology that was left behind to bag and tag.

As soon as Skye asked if May wanted to pilot an alien ship May tried to hold back a grin. Once Coulson turned her back she winked at Skye which caused Skye to giggle quietly to herself.

Coulson got a call on his phone that alerted the team to a mission. Their was some kind of staff that they needed to find.

Through out the entire mission they looked for the three pieces of the staff trying to find them before the bad guys did.

They even asked an expert on Asgardians to help out. Which then turned out to the expert actually being an Asgardian himself.

That lead to the fight in the church between the two groups.

As soon as May completed the berserker staff she felt angry. She knew the side effects of the staff were anger that made her strong. Add that to her wolf strength and we'll you have a lethal combination.

When she picked up the staff she felt her anger from Bahrain. She also felt her anger increase when she saw her mate hurt and her anger increase even more when she saw her pup in pain when she first shifted.

She used all that anger to beat the hell out of any men or women that stood in her way of her team's safety.

This was her team and she'd be angry if anything happened to the wolves and her pup, not to mention Phil. She didn't really care much for Ward because he kept looking at her pup like she was some type of snack to devour.

What made her really mad was when he'd try to insert himself and his scent all over Skye and her space.

It got so bad that as soon as Skye stepped into the cockpit or her bunk and smelled like Ward, May would scent her and mark her so that everyone knows she is her pup.
