Nora waited for a minute, keeping an eye on the room and the door leading to the restroom.
She wanted to leave immediately, but what if Jungkook decided to come out, and caught Nora in action? Then what? There was no way, Nora could be seen by the maknae.
Right now, she was a stranger hiding in his private room, and not Mr. Worth who was always responsible for his security, along with the other members.
If Jungkook saw her like this, in her current state - messy dress and bleeding leg dragging behind her, she didn't know how the younger would react.
Still, she remained in her position, biding her time, because there was no other choice.
Yes, there was quite a bit of guilty in her chest, for intruding the other's privacy like this. But it couldn't be helped. Nora had no clue this was Jungkook's room, until it was too late.
Nora took a deep breathe and let it out, rubbing at her chest, trying to calm her heart. There had been too many surprises tonight, and-
She froze mid-action.
Nora's face was reflected on the floor-to-ceiling door, a ghostly pale apparition, but that wasn't what had made her stiffen in fear. It was something else that she saw in her peripheral vision...more like, somebody-
"Who are you?" the voice was soft, familiar, no threat or anger in those words.
But she knew better.
Nora only had to take peek at those dark eyes, staring her down, and she could see it - the silent rage waiting to spill at the sight of danger.
"I asked you a question."
"What are you doing here?"
"I...I uh-" her brain took another minute to take in the black sweatpants and black t-shirt, and the slightly wet hair, and swallowed. The odds weren't in her favor tonight...at all.
"What?" the frown on his face deepened, and Nora struggled to pull herself together.
"I-I mean no harm." she said, hating the slight stutter in her words. It wasn't an everyday occurrence.
Sometimes her tongue slipped, when she overwhelmed with emotions or cowering in fear - like right now.
There was no physical threat present, and Nora was thankful for it. It would have been impossible to escape, if there was a common balcony attached to Jungkook's room, and the other.
But even without the physical threat, this person, this Min Yoongi was intimidating.
Out of all the other rooms, she just had to run into the rapper, tonight, while at the same time hiding from Jungkookie. Her bad luck was worse then she thought.
Nora had an idea of what must be going on in his head. To an outsider, she definitely looked like a creepy stalker, the kind that could harm the members. And he had caught her in action.
There was no way to deny it.
In Yoongi's eyes, Nora was someone who could hurt Jungkookie - the sweet maknae of their group. Anybody would be furious at just the thought of someone hurting their younger. How could Yoongi be any different?
If it were another member in Yoongi's place, they probably would have acted the same. They would have reached out to Mr. Lee before Nora could utter a single word.
Yoongi hadn't done that yet. She didn't see a phone in his hand.
He hadn't contacted the security...just yet.
