A letter to my Romeo

Her Birthday <3

"My handwriting is getting worse as I write it.."

I have been getting a lot of rest lately, but I haven't been spending time with Theo and I feel bad..

I woke up, did my hair and makeup, then I put on a comfy outfit. I walk to his house and knocked on the door. There was no answer.

I looked at my phone to see what day it was.

It was August 30th..

His mother's birthday. His mother was like a second mom to me she was so kind it was a traumatizing day for Theo when she passed.

I went to the store to buy flowers for her gravestone. They were Lilies her favorite.

When I went to the graveyard I see Theo hugging it and crying.. It makes my Heart shatter.

I slowly walk up to Theo and place the flowers by the grave. He looks up and me with teary eyes.

I bend down next to him and wipe the tears off his cheek with my thumbs. I give him a slight smile and so does he.

"I just miss her.." Theo said looking at the gravestone and tracing the words with his finger.

"Of course you do she's your mother you will always miss her.." I said also looking at the gravestone but also hugging Theo.

After some time at the graveyard I took him out to eat to IHOP like she would always take us on her bday..

We both ordered pancakes for breakfast and it was so good! We were so full afterwards.

"Hey let's watch her favorite movies tonight so we can honor her spirit!" I said smiling looking at Theo.

"Yeah, That's a great Idea!" Theo said smiling at me. After he looked away I started blushing..

I loved him and I always will..

As we got to his place we started planning on which movies to watch first. She loved Halloween and Christmas movies, and so did me and Theo.

I got some popcorn, snacks, and drinks while Theo set up the movies in order.

First we watched 'Corpse Bride' which I loved. Second we watched 'Home Alone' or well all of them. By the time we watched all of them we were both knocked out.

I woke up to his arms around me and I couldn't help but smile. I gently lifted his arms and slowly got out.

I walked into the kitchen and cooked breakfast while he was still sleeping.

I cooked different things such as Toast, Bacon, Eggs, Waffles, and Egg bites.

As soon as I was finished I could hear Theo walking into the kitchen. "Hey sleepy head I made breakfast as you can see." I said while drinking my coffee.

As we were eating I got a call from my mother. "I have to take this I'll be right back." I said pointing at my phone. "Ok I'll just wash the dishes and clean up the mess we made last night." He said while putting all the dishes in the sink. "Ok!" I said while walking out of the house so he can't hear me.

"Hey mom is something wrong?" I said after picking up the phone.

"Yeah the doctor called," My mom said with a concerned voice. "Oh no what is it!" I said pacing back and forth.

"He said you won't live much longer and you need to go up there asap." She said.

"Okay I'll be right over!" I said while hanging up.

As I walked into the house Theo was cleaning the living room. "Hey my mom said she um.. needed me for something." I said while grabbing my stuff. "Alright I'll see you later!" He said with a warm smile.

I smiled back and walked over to my house.

I got ready to go to the hospital with a terrible feeling in my gut..

"What if I die and end up not telling Theo!" Stuff like that was racing in my mind freely.

I have to tell him soon before it's to late..
