I let myself be dragged into the classroom, somehow I was very much hurt from the fact that Chris had fallen for Lilly. I sat down, mentally slapping myself, jeez get a grip, you just met the guy and you're already jealous, for God's sake, Lilly's your friend. I shook my head, the day had started off so good, gah screw Chris and his handsome face and charming style.

I was too caught up in my own thoughts that I didn't notice Megan staring at me. "What's eating you? Are you ok?" I smiled at her if there was anyone I would talk to it would be her. I nodded, "don't worry honey I'm fine, just a bit excited, biology gets to me you know." Megan just nodded focusing on Ms. Carafa entering the classroom, "alright class, tomorrow you will have a safety quiz on today and yesterday's notes, so listen up".

I smiled in appreciation, ah a good old quiz would consume my mind, take the image of those beautiful blue eyes out of my mind, and that's how the day went on, everything was perfect, I focused on all classes, doing everything in class to free time at home to study for the quiz. Everything went smoothly, not until lunch began, and that's when the world came crashing down.

First thing I noticed as I approached the cafeteria was Lilly's adorable giggles filling the air, and a crowd of girls huddled together on a part of the hallway, I narrowed my eyes, that's where Lilly's laughter came from. I stalked towards the crowd, pushing against the girls, thanking my hight, because boy was they aggressive. My eyes fell on a certain someone standing in the middle of the crowd, Chris. I bit down on my tongue, not trusting myself from keeping quiet.

Chris stood there, in all his glory, laughing and talking on with that delicious accent of his. GAH focus, he is a boy, boys are bad, get a grip.

Locating Lilly wasn't hard, she was clinching to the side of Chris's arm, giggling like the other girls at God knew what he was talking about. I sneaked towards her, ignoring the swears I was getting from the girls I pushed past. Lilly smiled towards me, "oh girl where were you, oh my God you should listen to Chris. His life in Britain is amazing. I always wanted to go there, he lived in London, did you know that.
Cool right".

I narrowed my eyes, a look of disgust clearly shown on my face, gah, this totally broke my number one rule, boys should be chasing girls not the other way around. I gripped Lilly's arm, dragging her away from the crowd when I was interrupted.
"And may I ask, why are you dragging my dear friend right here away from me", I froze and turned around sharply to see an amused Chris looking right back at me, nodding toward Lilly.

I stood up tall, failing at my attempt to look intimidating, he was just too freaking tall. "For your information, it's lunchtime, and YOUR friend right here needs food before she faints of hunger, trust me it happened this one time ow ow owww, what was that for?"

I turned around, demanding an explanation from Lilly for suddenly stepping on my foot, hard. "Oh goodness I'm so sorry, but let's not bring up the past shall we," Lilly said innocently, looking up at us both.

Unbelievable I tried helping her out of that whole girl attacking situation and this was my thanks, a kick on the foot, a simple thank you would've had done it. Before I could say something back, Megan, Ray, and Matt showed up, and Matt did not look happy with the close proximity of Lilly and Chris, I snorted, welcome to my life.

Matt rushed to Lilly's side, and I to Megan's, wanting nothing to do with the drama that was about to break loose behind me. "Tell me bro, how was your day, do you like it here" it was Ray who spoke. "It was excellent. This girl right here helped me out a lot".

He was definitely excited, he kept looking at Lilly, I mean why wouldn't he, but whatever like I care. "Can I see your schedule? I want to see if any of us has classes with you", Megan cut in, and I thanked her silently, he didn't have to tell us how amazing Lilly was. We already knew that. "Yes, of course", Chris said smoothly, fishing out a paper from his bag and handing it to her. Part of me was dying to know if we had classes with each other, excited. My other part, however, was suffocation the other part, slapping her in the face and talking some sense into her, boys are bad, especially someone like Chris. He's a threat to the female population.

I started tiptoeing, a nervous habit as Megan's eyes widened over the paper. "You lucky duck, you have all your classes with at least one of us, you have biology with us, chemistry with Lilly and Matt, math with Lucy, and English with Lucy". I wish I had your schedule.

I stood there frozen, two periods with him. Oh! Kill me now. Just then the bell rang, and I groaned, will I didn't get to eat anything. Damn, all Chris's fault. I darted towards English since I did not want to be late, but then I was rudely interrupted. I felt a familiar hand clasp around my arm pulling me back and I turned around, "yes?"

"Would you mind if I tag along?" Chris asked smiling. I narrowed my eyes, yes yes I would very much mind. "No of course not". What?! Where did that come from, then I quickly added, " be quick will you? I don't want to be late." There that sounded more like me. Chris laughed as he waved goodbye at everyone and I smiled walking away. Hoping to lose him in the crowd, but I guess being tall didn't really help me at the moment, since he followed me easily, with that tall and built body of his he swayed around in the hallway like he was dancing. While I, on the other hand, pushed my way through, ducking and yelling once in a while until I finally got to the door of the classroom, smiling up at my teacher as I walked in.

Before I could put my bum down, the teacher ordered everyone to stand up. And I did, honestly a bit bothered since I almost died in the crowd, and my legs were shaking a bit from running. "If you would please listen up, I have made a seating arrangement, please follow my instruction and sit where I tell you to". I rolled my eyes, this never helped, if anything I always ended up with annoying people surrounding me, chatting their way through the lessons.

I stood impatiently, tapping my foot against the ground. Almost all of the class was full, and I hated sitting at the back. Suddenly I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard Chris name being called, he sat down on the last row, first seat. I bitterly laughed, which lucky lady was gonna sit beside him, I eyed us 3 girls still standing. They looked at the seat like it was a competition. The way I looked at it was which poor girl had to suffer his presence, I smiled looking out the window.

Suddenly everyone's head whipped towards me, I narrowed my eyes at them, why were they all looking at me. I looked towards the teacher, he looked a bit angry and kept saying something. I cleared my mind focusing. "Ms. Linton would you mind taking your seat beside Mr. Higgings right here" my head whipped to the seat beside Chris, that remained empty, and that's when I knew the poor lucky girl was me. Oh boy.
