One More Day

Going to the hospital

-Taylor's POV-
The late night convos with him are literally the best. I don't know what I would do without him. He's the definition of perfect. With his blue eyes, abs of an angel, hair like heaven, lips of a bad boy. I have to wait two more weeks until graduation. That's when Sam is taking me out. I think after we graduate we are both going to college at Baylor. Like relationship goals😍😩 Katie is going to Texas A&M. This is going to be really hard on all of us because we are all best friends. Sam has been sick for the last two months and he's getting really bad. I'm starting to get worried that it's serious. We are supposed to go shopping for matching outfits. I go out to my Porsche and climb in and put the keys in the ignition. Pulling off a sticky note on my steering wheel I smile because Sam always leaves notes. But this one isn't a cute note. It said... Taylor Plz help me I'm going to the hospital come get me baby. With that in mind I pull out of my driveway like a maniac and speed to the hospital. When I get there I run inside and look for the nurses desk. I sprint there and ask to see Sam McAllister. Room 100 she tells me. I'm running, trying to find my way to him. I turn the corner and its on my left. I fling open the door and look at an empty bed.
"Sam McAllister, where are you? This isn't funny!!"
I make my way towards the door when I hear the PA system come on and address my name to my car. What the heck is he up to, I think to myself. I make my way towards my car and I see Sam leaning against the hood of my car, dressed in a tuxedo.
"Babe, what were you thinking? I thought something bad happened to you. I was crying in my way over here. I was driving recklessly. I could've killed somebody driving that fast."
"I'm sorry. I wanted to take you out but in an adventurous way. I thought this way would be romantic. But I guess it wasn't."
"Aww babyboy I love you so much. But don't scare me like that. Yes it was so romantic."
"Good, now let's go.", he says giving me a hug and kiss on the cheek.
"Where are we going?" I asked confused. He opens the door for me and says,"To dinner at Valentinos"
"What?! That place is nice. I can't go there looking like this."
"You're right. That why I bought you this new dress and Louis Vuittons. Here, go back in and get dressed. We have an hour until we have to be there for the reservation." He tells me this while handing me my dress, heels and my spare makeup bag that's in my glovebox.
I run back into the hospital and look for the nearest bathroom. I find one, open the door and lock myself into the biggest stall. I think to myself while sliding my shorts off, that I'm so lucky to have a man like Sam. He might be a jerk sometimes, like right now, but I still will always love him. I zip up the dress and walk out of the stall. I take my makeup and grab my razor. I get the blade wet and glide it across my leg. After I'm done with that, I apply my foundation. Then blush, after that it's time to pull out my naked pallet and apply eye shadow. When I'm done with that I put on my liquid eyeliner and apply mascara. With red lipstick to top it all off, I put on my heels and walk out with my stuff. I get into the passenger seat because Sam's driving. We drive away and turn right. Soon after we leave Sam grabs my thigh and looks at me while sitting at a red light. I pull out my iPhone 6+ and take a picture. Then I post it on Instagram, instantly I get like 50 likes after. Finally, we pull up to Valentinos and Sam gets out and walks around to open my door for me. Grabbing my hand, he pulls me out of he car. We then intertwine our fingers and walk towards the door. I think to myself he's the best. I feel really nervous because it's been almost a year with him and this is our first dinner just him and I. Walking in, I keep my head high, and smile because I'm so happy with Sam.
