They both had touch screens, both you could use to communicate with others, the little minor differences that they had were color, the colors the Uchiha came up with were black, red, and navy blue. while the Hyugas had a light lilac-type color, white and grey. but the Uchiha's had the upper hand theirs could connect to a smartphone and you could track where the watch goes. so they both got taken to court and to wrap it up the Uchiha's won and the Hyugas smartwatch got taken off the market...
