Blair was prepared to go look for Jax with her dad and brother, but Chibs said that he needed him there. Blair, being the only sober one there, searches for the bullet since Chibby is drunk off his ass. Since Wayne is there, B stuffs a dry rag in Cameron's mouth to keep him from screaming and alerting the sheriff. Cameron's in pain but he seems to trust Blair... somewhat. Blair would trust herself more with the surgical tools she needs. She looks up when Clay opens the door to show sheriff Wayne Unser Cameron and the situation he's in.
Blair finds the bullet. She mutters a Gaelic apology to Cammy before pulling out. He starts screaming more and Chibs makes Juice plug Cameron's ass with his finger. Tig and Gemma come hurrying into the church, demanding to know what happened.
"I got one bullet out," Blair says with a shy grin.
"This is insane!" Gemma declares.
"What the hell are you gonna do?" Juice asks.
"Just keep yur finger in his ass," Chibs demands.
"I need tools!" Blair demands. "I need them now if I want to save Cammy's life, and I'd rather an Irishman not die at my hands."
Gemma storms out and Tig takes off chasing after her. Blair looks at Chibs with wide, frantic eyes, having no idea what to do until Jax arrives.

Chibs tosses Blair the bag as soon as Jax arrives and she gets straight to work on Cameron. Thankfully she had medical training. Some other charters are on their way before they retaliate. Jax goes to his dorm and Opie goes back with him. That us until Donna comes in looking for Ope.
Gemma goes into the chapel and Blair asks her for some help. Gem does as B instructs because she knows Blair only left med school because of losing Annalise. Losing her newborn, preemie daughter ruined a lot for Blair, but she's back in Charming, and now is operating on and saving the life of an Irish guy named Cameron.

"Happy!" Veronica sings.
The killer sighs, but doesn't respond. Veronica is hot as Hell but he's here to help out the Charming chapter.
"Hap!" Blair squeaks. "I knew you'd pop up. I found a tat I want you to do to me."
Happy looks up at her and nods. "Show me," he rasps, "before Clay comes back."
Blair grabs the binder from her dorm and shows Happy the back piece, the koi fish. Happy takes it as Blair sits on the cloth loveseat beside him.
"It'll have to be when this shit with the club is done," Happy informs her.
"I know," Blair replies. "I was born and raised SAMCRO. I know club shit comes first."
Happy hums and he hands her the binder. "I'll do it."
Blair grows giddy. "I've been crazing the needle for ages."
"Least it's the tattooing needle," Veronica verbalized.
Happy glares at Veronica and she is quick to run off. Blair rolls her eyes and she gets up. She brings the binder back to her dorm and she puts her dyed black hair into messy ponytail before she logs onto YouTube and she starts watching random funny videos and Happy joins her since it might be a while before Clay is released to start drawing out the koi fish on a bigger sheet of paper since it's a full back piece.

Luckily for Cameron, Tara showed up with infection meds. With Tara's meds and Blair's surgical skills, Cammy will live! He sent Chibs with a thank you to Blair. Blair soon joins the crow eaters prepare food and drinks for the bikers coming in from other charters while Tara checks on Cameron and his wounds.
