Happy did them both. Her sleeve she's wanting next will be on the same arm but on top of it, and she has another forearm piece. Opie and Blair have just now met up, they're riding back to Charming. They've been gone for a month and their minds are clear enough. Those tats are the ones people can see. Blair got a secre tone. She also got Happy's crow on her side.
