"Did I make a mistake makin Kozik pick Tig up?" Blair asks her dad.
"I'd have done it, too," Piney replies as Lyla sits down at one of the outside clubhouse tables with Tara Knowells. "They need to work it out at some point, kid."
Blair nods and she touches her flat stomach. Her phone rings and it's Stacy Hendricks, Mama Lowman's hospice nurse. "Hello?"
"Is this Blair Winston?" Stacy asks.
"Yes, ma'am," Blair replies. "Is everything okay with Mariam?"
"You need to get to Bakersfield, Miss Winston," Stacy says. "Miss Lowman has taken a turn for the worse."
"Okay, thank you," Blair replies and she calls Happy.
"Ziggy..."
"Your mom has taken a turn for the worse," Blair says as she goes straight to her Dyna. "I'm on my way to her now."
"Thanks for callin' me, Zig," Hap says softly, his raspy voice emotional. "You have the funeral plans, right?"
Clay glances at him but says nothing.
"Yes."
"Good, I gotta to. Irish church."
Blair hangs up and she goes to her bike, and she goes star ugh to to Bakersfield so that Mariam won't be alone.

Blair sighs when the hearse takes Mariam's body to the local funeral home in Bakersfield. She has been calling the Lowman family ever since she died about an hour and a half ago, Happy as the first one. Happy was busy so he couldn't talk long but he thanked his girl for calling.
Boxer comes trotting over because Blair had to stop by for her cage at Happy's. She brought Boxer up with her because she's gonna stay here while she's getting Mariam buried so that the precious pit is fed and watered and brought outside to potty.
Blair smiles as she reaches forward to let him softly. She adores this dog and he's become her best friend. Happy loves the fact that they get along so well; his dog and his girl. He wishes he could tell her what he's doing, but for Fiona and Kerrianne's safety, he can't. Fi told him that since Blair is a Son / Daughter, she could know, but Happy didn't wanna risk it because of how important those two are to Chibs,
Ziggy know that she left Tig and Kozik alone in Charming and knows it's probably not a good idea, but she promised Happy that she'd take care of his mom's funeral while he's in Belfast. He hates not being in Bakersfield for the funeral but club shit...

Blair is thinking about Happy at the Belfast charter party because she knows about road clauses. They never really discussed it. She gets a text.

Message: Hows funeral plans? Jax vs. O'Niell. Fights.
Blair smiles but huffs.

Message: exhausting, I miss ur mom. and go Jax. Any sluts?
Happy chuckles at the message and some of the Irishmen look at him.

Blair smiles and sends a smiley face emoji.

Blair lays on the couch with Boxer on her legs with Happy's aunt Elena. Elena came about half an hour ago and she started making some chilli. She is so thankful for Blair and is so glad her sabrino found a woman who's willing to take care of this stuff while he's away when even she's in the same club that Hap is.
"So, do you have morning sickness?"
"Throwing up, yes," Blair replies as she gets up and joins Elena in the kitchen. "I'm usually nauseous all day, though. It sucks."
"Sounds like you might be having a girl," Elena muses. "That's how it was when I was pregnant with my Petunia. Sick and / or nauseous all day. It sucks, but it'll go away in a month or so."
Elena and Blair continue talking about Mariam and Happy, and about how happy she is for Hap and Zig for their unborn child.

Happy walks away from the poker table when he loses and he grabs a cigarette and lights it before calling his mom's house.
"My Happy."
"Tia Elena," Happy says with a smile. "Where's Blair?"
"Asleep wirh Boxer," Elena replies. "Such a sweet girl. You got lucky."
Happy smirks and he takes a puff of smoke and huffs it out. "Yeah, I did." He sits down on the couch and he smokes and talks to his aunt Elena Lowman.

At the end of the next day, the funeral of Mariam Lowmen was held in the family cemetery in Bakersfield and Blair stays an extra night before she brings Boxer back home.
