• You work at a popular Café.
• Chifuyu likes to visit the Café with Baji.

Ding-a-ling~
The door bell jangled as customers opened the door.
"Welcome to The Green Café! I hope you enjoy your time here!" You greeted from behind the counter.
The black haired boy grunted and took a seat near the window, his blonde friend nodded at you and smiled nervously.
You wiped the final cup dry and placed it on the drying rack. Stepping out and taking a notebook and pen with you, you walked to the customers.
"Hi there! Would you like to order?"
"I'll have a black coffee please."
"Can I have an Americano please?"
"Sure!! Would you like something to eat while you wait for your drinks??"
"Yo want anything Chifuyu?"
The blonde shook his head.
"Alrighty, I'll get your drinks to you soon~"

As you prepared the coffees, your co-worker elbowed you lightly.
"Oi (F/N), that guy is looking at you~"
"Huh? And?"
"What do you mean "and?", I think he likes you!"
You scoffed at your colleague, "Yeah, yeah..."
"I'm serious. Literally look at him!!"
You tilted your head to look at the boy.
He was indeed looking at you, a light dusting of pink was scattered across his cheeks.
You turned back to the coffee machine quickly, "I thought you were joking!!
Your co-worker laughed.

You walked to the customers slowly, "Here you go, a black coffee and an Americano. They're hot so be careful."
"Thank you."
No problem, you smiled and walked back to the counter.

Over the next few weeks, the blonde boy kept coming back to the Café, sometimes with his friend, but mostly alone. He'd pick a book from the nearby bookshelf and drink his americano while glancing up at you and "reading" his book.
One day you decided to talk to him, your co-worker was having their break and there was no one else in the Café.
"Hi, do you need anything?"
"Huh? Oh no, thank you."
"Do you mind if I sit?"
"I don't mind."
You sit across from him.
"Sorry if this is weird but I've noticed you've been coming to this Café a lot."
"Yeah, I like it here."
"That's good, what's your name?"
"Chifuyu, and yours?"
"(L/N), it's nice to meet you Chifuyu!"
"You too (L/N)."
You two exchanged pleasant small talk for a while before someone came in.
"Sorry, Chifuyu, gotta get back to work let's talk more later."
"That's okay, I'd better get going anyway, thank you! I'll come by tomorrow."
"I'll be here." You laughed.
You waved at Chifuyu as he left the Café.

The next day your manager told you that you could have the day off, instead of staying home however, you went to your workplace.
"Hello, welcome to- Oh (L/N)! Didn't the manager tell you that you got the day off today??"
"Yeah, she did but I promised to talk with Chifuyu today."
"Oooh, I see. Want something to drink?"
"Sure, I'll have a cup of English tea."
"Coming right up."
You sat at a table by the window.
"Here's your tea."
"Thanks."
"No problem, have fun~"
You grumbled, "It's not a date..."
"What's not a date?"
You looked up and saw Chifuyu. "Also, you aren't in your uniform today?"
"Chifuyu! I'm not working today, but I didn't want to bail on you, so I came."
"You didn't have to do that (L/N)! I would have been okay by myself!"
"No no, I like talking to you."
Chifuyu beamed.

You and Chifuyu got to know each other well, afterwards, you exchanged phone numbers and continued to hang out.

On one particularly rainy day, you had forgotten your umbrella.
"I can walk you home."
"Really?! Thank you so much Chifuyu." You hugged him.
He chuckled and patted your head.
You and Chifuyu walked to your apartment together, by then, the heavy rain had been accompanied by loud thunder.
Outside of your door, Chifuyu held the umbrella over your heads.
"The weather's really bad, how about you stay the night?"
"I wouldn't want to bother you."
"You wouldn't be bothering me! I'd like the company."
"Thank you (L/N)."

Even with Chifuyu's umbrella, you were both quite wet from the rain, Chifuyu was soaking though, the rain water dripped onto your entry way.
"I'm sorry, I'm getting your floor wet."
"It's alright, I'll take you to the bathroom, take a shower while I wash and dry your clothes. It won't take long. Leave them outside the bathroom door. I'm gonna go change."
Chifuyu nodded. He went into the bathroom.
You went to your bedroom to change clothes, when you had finished, you grabbed Chifuyu's wet clothes from outside the bathroom door and threw them into the washing machine.
You then went back to your room to find some clothes for Chifuyu.
You grabbed a pair of large joggers and an oversized t-shirt.
Knocking on the door you called out, "Hey Chifuyu I've left some clothes outside of the door, I'll be in the living room."
You heard a muffled "Okay." From within the bathroom.

A bit later, Chifuyu appeared in the living room with his borrowed clothes.
"Sorry if they're a bit small for you."
"Nah they fit alright."
You had a fluffy blanket wrapped around you while you watched TV.
You patted the space next to you and extended an arm.
Chifuyu sat next to you and wrapped the blanket around himself, he snaked an arm under the blanket and over your shoulder, pulling you closer. You snuggled back into his shoulder.

Eventually the sound of the TV became blurred and you drifted to sleep. When you woke up, you were still in the position you were in last night. Your head was resting on Chifuyu's shoulder and he had his head on yours.
You eased your way out of Chifuyu's grasp, he stirred, but didn't wake up.
You went to your kitchen and started making an Americano and an English tea.
While you waited for the coffee to brew, you felt two arms wrap around your waist.
"Morning~" Chifuyu mumbled sleepily, resting his chin on your head.
"Morning, did you sleep okay? Sorry I fell asleep."
"I slept good..." He yawned.
"Want an Americano?"
Chifuyu chuckled, "Yeah."

I'm going back to school on the 7th so wish me luck, I also might not be able to write as much.
