Tokyo Revengers Oneshots <3

☁️ Sano Manjiro (Mikey) x Female reader - Protective ☁️

First Oneshot in this book, yay :D
Mikey is definitely one of my favourite characters from 'Tokyo Revengers', which is why the first Oneshot features him lol
Anyway:
I'll be referring Manjiro as Mikey and Ryuguji as Draken as it's easier for me.

No anime spoilers, this is purely from my imagination.

Context:
• You are Draken's younger sister, you are roughly one year younger than him, making you the same age as Mikey.
• You and Draken have a good relationship and he looks after you as best as he can.
• You and Mikey also have a good relationship.
• Draken is quite protective of you and doesn't think that Mikey would be a good boyfriend.
• Your parents are currently working overseas.

(I think Mikey and Draken live together? If they don't just pretend that they do in this Oneshot lol)

(Nvm I totally forgot about that episode lol, sorry about that, he was born in Shibuya's red light district)

After school ——————————————

Mikey and Draken had called you yesterday asking if you could hang out with them. Unfortunately your maths teacher had given out extra homework to prepare everyone for their final exams.

Yesterday ———————————————

"Sorry guys, I have a lot of homework to do tonight, how about you come round to mine tomorrow after school? I'll cook you guys some dinner."
"Sounds good to me." Draken replied.
"YESS, the food you make is amazing (F/N)!!" Mikey exclaimed.
You smiled sweetly, Mikey always acted like your food was of the highest quality. It made you feel special and happy.

Present day ——————————————

Throughout the school day, you were busy thinking about what to make for dinner. You finally decided that you were going to make Japanese beef stew. It was a family favourite and you were sure Mikey would love it.

After school you visited a few supermarkets and bought the ingredients.
'Toman have meetings everyday so I'll have some time to prepare the food.'

You arrived home. Putting your apron on, you recalled the recipe from your memory and started preparing the ingredients. You cut the beef, potatoes and carrots. As you were slicing the onions, the doorbell rang.
"Coming!!" You shouted.
You washed your hands and wiped them on a towel, heading towards the front door.
Opening it, you saw Draken, Mikey was smiling. Mikey, then looked confused, "Are you okay (F/N)?" He asked.
Puzzled, you replied, "Why wouldn't I be Mikey?"
"You have tears in your eyes. Why the Hell are you crying." Draken looked disturbed and angry. 
Mikey's expression had switched from happy to fuming.
"It's nothing, I was just chopping onions, what's with you guys?"
"Oh."
"Ah.."
You chuckled and shook your head, "Come inside, I'm still making dinner, it will be done in around half an hour."
They nodded. Draken turned the TV on and sat on the sofa, Mikey followed.
The sound of the TV and chopping noises were the only thing that filled their ears for a while.
"You still got homework (F/N)?"
"Yeah, a bit, final exams are coming up too."
It's always a bit awkward in the beginning when you guys hangout.
With a few more sentences of small talk, all of you became more comfortable. You asked about Toman and how the Captains of the Divisions were doing (you knew them but weren't too close). The boys asked about school and how you were doing at home. You replied happily.

A rich smell had slowly engulfed the connected kitchen and living room.
"The smell of your cooking always makes my mouth water (F/N)." Mikey said.
"It's almost done, a few more minutes and you'll get a plate Mikey."
With a bit more simmering, the dish was ready. You plated the stew with some rice you had prepared beforehand and grabbed a few forks.
"Here you go guys, I hope you enjoy."
"Thank you!!"
"Thanks (F/N)."
You grabbed yourself a plate and sat next to Mikey.

                             "Itadakimasu!"

Mikey wolfed down the steaming meal.
"Slow down man, you'll choke!"
Mikey took no heed and continued with his meal. You and Draken ate heartily while watching TV. Mikey had finished long before both of you, you signalled that he could get seconds. He beamed brightly.

After dinner ——————————————

"Your food is the best! If you cooked for me everyday I'd be the happiest person alive."
Draken glared at Mikey.
"The Hell you tryin' to say Mikey?!"
"Nothing Ken-Chin." He grinned mischievously.
You stood up and grabbed the empty plates, "I wouldn't mind cooking for you everyday.." you mumbled.
Mikey glanced at you, a small smirk crawled onto his face. You blushed.
'He heard me didn't he..'
You screamed internally.

After dinner, you brought your homework downstairs.
"I'm just gonna finish my homework, it won't take long."
"Kayy~"
Draken nodded.
You sat at the dinner table while the boys continued to watch TV.

A comfortable silence followed, with the occasional sigh from you. After you had finished your homework, you closed your book and lay your head on the table. Your eyelids felt heavy.
'I'm just gonna close my eyes for a second...'

A while later Mikey had realised that you hadn't spoken in some time. He looked over at your sleeping form and stood up, stretching. He grabbed a blanket from the sofa and walked over to you. Draken watched silently. Mikey draped the blanket onto you carefully, as to not wake you up. You stirred, and buried your head into your arms.
Mikey released his tense shoulders and tip-toed to the kitchen light switch, flicking it. Draken turned the TV and lights in the living room off. He walked to the front door, whilst Mikey followed quietly. They put their shoes on and exited, closing the door softly as they left.
"Draken, why don't we ask (F/N) if she wants to move in with us?"
Draken smiled at Mikey. "No."
"Why not? She can cook for us and we can talk and hangout and have fun!"
"She isn't just some servant for you, you know."
"You know I didn't mean it like that, Ken-chin."
"No. And didn't I tell you not to call me that in public Mikey?"
"We can look after her though, she'll be safe with us."
"No."
"Also don't use the word 'fun' when you talk about (F/N)."
"......." Mikey said nothing. Then, "I'll ask her tomorrow is she wants to move in." Mikey said cheekily.
Draken stopped, "Mikey I said no!", Draken swiped at Mikey.
Mikey jumped out of the way and started running.
"Stop running man!!"
Mikey laughed as he thought about what you'd say tomorrow. 'I hope she says yes, I like her so much...'
