Ranboo was speechless as he finally climbed over the final boulder and looked out over the edge, still holding onto Tommy's arm as he helped him fit awkwardly through the small gap. They stood up and broke contact as Jack began shouting excitedly.

"Picture time! The tripod's in my backpack!" He scrambled to move around as Tommy let himself flop back down to the ground. Ranboo followed suit and pulled two waters from his bag, handing one to Tommy and cracking one open himself.

By the time they had the tripod set back up, Ranboo had caught his breath again. Jack ushered them over to the part of flat ground as Tubbo set up his phone on the tripod. Ranboo worked fast to put on his mask and glasses.

"Okay, ten seconds, go!" Tubbo ran over to them as everyone hurried to get into position. Tommy ended up in the middle, one arm slung up onto Ranboo's shoulder and the other elbow posed easily on Jack's shoulder. Tubbo stood right beside Ranboo, throwing up his hands excitedly.

Ranboo reached out last minute and tucked one hand behind Tubbo's back, staring at the camera with his head slightly tilted to see through his hair. The sound of the shutter closing caused Jack and Tommy to shout in delight, making the other two jump. Ranboo looked down at Tubbo, who was giving him a tight lipped stare, his eyes wide. Ranboo sighed.

---------

To say that Tubbo was surprised was an understatement as Ranboo suddenly reached down and took hold of both his wrists, lifting them up around his head. The American settled the brit's hands on his own collarbone. He looked up, eyes wide as he looked into the dark sunglasses, peering into the eyes behind them.

"Is this okay?" Ranboo asked, loosening his grip a little bit. Tubbo barely found the strength in him to nod weakly, still shocked by the sudden movement.

They all grinned goofily at the camera and finished their last picture. Ranboo gently let go of his hands and Tubbo brought them back down into his hoodie pocket.

Jack and Tommy began packing up the tripod and getting drinks last minute as Ranboo walked off to find a trail to take back. Tubbo walked over to the water bag, taking his bottle and drinking from it.

"I like these," Tommy said, swiping through the photos. He handed Tubbo his phone back and Tubbo nodded, looking down as he took it. He swiped through the few- there were four in total.

One was in selfie mode, Ranboo holding the camera high. Jack was scowling playfully, Tubbo crouched slightly in front of him. Tommy was laid flat on the ground, eyes shut as if he was dead, arms crossed over his chest but hands giving them two middle fingers.

The next was one from the tripod. Jack and Tubbo were sitting on the ground, Tommy and Ranboo sitting behind them but looming over. Ranboo and Tommy had stone expressions, at least Tommy did, with Ranboo you couldn't really tell, while Tubbo and Jack laughed.

The other was a nice one, the one where Tommy was slinging his arms over them. The last one, though, made Tubbo cringe internally. It was a normal picture but he looked incredibly red as his arms were held up to Ranboo's neck. It's not that he minded, but it was just so unexpected that he was unable to really comprehend it.

He couldn't see Ranboo through the mask, so he couldn't gauge his reaction. Tubbo slung his backpack over his shoulders and walked over to where Ranboo was standing, gazing into the trees. When the taller saw him, he pulled off his mask and glasses to reveal a big smile and twinkling eyes.

"One more picture, just me and you?" He held his phone up. Ranboo's smile faltered, as if he wasn't really sure what he was asked, before he nodded, moving to put his glasses on again. Tubbo shook his head. "No, just for me. If that's okay?"

Ranboo nodded, putting the mask and glasses away. Tubbo set another timer on his phone and held it out, angling slightly up. He felt Ranboo move closer and couldn't contain the goofy grin that broke out when he felt the taller lean down, putting his arms on the brit's head and leaning his head on them. Tubbo faked a grumpy scowl and folded an arm over his chest as the shutter sounded.

He opened the photo to look at it, grinning. He held the phone up, and Ranboo, still leaning his head on the other, moved one arm and took it, looking at the picture and laughing before handing it back, finally standing up as Tubbo shifted.

"Ready?" Tommy called over the corner of the boulder, hopping down with Jack right behind him. Tubbo nodded and began to lead the walk down the hill.
