"You should be a little careful," Ranboo called, laughing as Tubbo swung one leg over the swing, now riding it sideways.

"Push as hard as you can! I want to get one of those flowers from the tree!" Tubbo pointed up. Ranboo glanced in that direction for a moment- there were large, white flowers budding on just about every other leaf.

"I don't know if I can push you that high," Ranboo said, giving him a slightly harder push. "You might flip right off the swing."

"I don't care! I have an iron grip and I want one!" Tubbo held onto the ropes on either side of him for dear life.

"Okay- please hold on!" Ranboo called unsurely as his friend swung back towards him. He bit his lip slightly and pushed the smaller form as hard as one hand would allow- as much as he wanted to please Tubbo he wasn't going to actually put all of his force into the push.

Tubbo went flying back the other direction, higher than any other swing. He put one arm up and successfully grabbed hold of a branch- but to Ranboo's dismay, he let go of the other rope and put both arms up, grabbing a small branch covered in the budding plants. Everything was in slow motion as the swing slipped from the grip of Tubbo's knees and came back towards the taller, leaving the brit to fall all the way down to the wet, muddy ground with a dull thud and a sharp cry.

"TUBBO!" He didn't mean to shout, but he did. He ran over, dropping to his knees in the muddy water pooling around them and gripped his friends shoulders, pulling him onto his back. Tubbo looked out of breath and was gasping shallowly, so he did the only thing he could think to do and helped him into a sitting position. The rain started to fall harder and pelted them, even underneath the tree, which was shedding leaves from the force.

"I'm okay, I'm okay," Tubbo put a hand on his side, the other hand still behind his back.

"Oh my god- holy- dear god, Toby! You can't just- you could have-"

"Look," Tubbo said, voice barely above a whisper. Ranboo fell silent and watched as the smaller pulled his other hand out and held out a small branch, two large, white flowers, dotted with raindrops, attached by the stem. "I saved them."

"Tubbo, are you okay?"

"I'm fine. I promise."

"You scared me." Ranboo sank onto his legs, letting go of Tubbo's shoulders. The smaller looked at him for a moment.

"Sorry. I just really wanted them."

"Don't be- it's okay." Tubbo stared at him for a moment, face sullen until a small, yet wicked grin spread across his face.

"You were worried about me." Ranboo looked up at him, glaring slightly.

"What?"

"You got scared! You got worried about me!" Ranboo scoffed.

"Oh, whatever." He went to stand up. Tubbo reached out and grabbed for him, but he was faster and stepped away. "Help yourself, then." He started to walk back towards the house, not really mad at Tubbo but still flustered enough to fake an annoyed face as he walked.

"Are you just gonna leave me here?" The voice was so soft, so gentle- Ranboo froze in his tracks. It was something he had never heard and it took several seconds for his brain to comprehend, and he stood there, standing entirely still for ten entire seconds before it called out to him again. "Big man?"

He turned and looked at Tubbo. His friend was cradling the flowers to his chest, both hands gently cupping them. He was sitting with his legs crossed and rain pelting his already soaked hair and clothes, looking at Ranboo with an apologetic expression. The taller could only stare, arms by his sides, hands slack. He could feel the mud pressing through the knees of his jeans and his hair was plastered to his forehead, so much so that the water ran off of it like an umbrella.
