The alarm rang and a hand switched it
"Oh God! I am late again. I am definitely going to hear from him today." Said a boy no less than 26 getting up hurriedly. He had light brown eyes and hazel hair. He had nice physique and was as tall as 5'9"
"Chill dude he is still eating breakfast." A voice replied.
"No Shakti you don't get it, once you start working, only then will you know the importance of time and anyways its the third time I am late."
"I better hurry and not waste time in talking to you"Shakti was Pratap's younger brother. He was two years younger to him. He had black hawk eyes, an inch shorter than his brother and ebony black hair. He wore ripped jeans and a plain black
v-neck t-shirt.Pratap started walking backwards hurriedly when Shakti cautioned,
"Dadabhai Pratap be careful or else!!"
Pratap tripped over the linen mattress that was laid down. Hearing Shakti's screams their dad came up running to check.
"What the heck is going on in your room boys?!" He asked
"Nothing to worry about Daajiraj it's just that our Mr. Perfect tripped on the costly linen mattress in a hurry to get ready"
Pratap hurled the towel towards Shakti's head.
Shakti whined and protested "DADABHAIII , now you've spoilt my hairstyle!"
Their dad laughed loudly seeing the boys fight.
"This is the punishment you get chotte for making fun of your elder brother," Said Pratap getting up and teasing his little brother.
"What's all this noise up here? I thought Udai you were up here to scold your brats but now I see that you too have joined them."
Udai Singh was the well-known businessman and industrialist of Udaipur and a descendent of Maharana Pratap. Just like their descendants, Udai Singh Sisodia and his family were royalty in Udaipur. He was a handsome man, brown hair and black eyes. Warmth radiated through his eyes. He wore a crisp suit and was almost fifty.
"Well you can call your younger son as a brat but not about Pratap, he is just too serious about everything. Just like you Jaiwanta." Udai Singh replied to his wife who had come up hearing the ruckus.
"Just like me? Or just like you? You very well remember right that you were too serious for everything!" She asked raising her eyebrows.
"Now lets keep this topic aside, dont you father and son duo have to go to work? Pratap darling go get, till then I will serve your breakfast." Jaiwanta or Jaiwanta Bai as she was called lovingly was a kind woman. She was nearing her fifties and just like her husband, warmth radiated through her eyes. There was a certain grace she carried herself with.
"Ok Rani Ma," Pratap replied still smiling as he walked away.
He now came down the stairs and sat down at the dining table. He too wore a crisp suit. He had his breakfast and then the father son duo left for the SISODIYA INDUSTRY.
