At the hotel...
Y/n's POV:
We finished the case quicker than I thought, normally it would take us a couple of days to get a lead on the unsub but this unsub was a bit sloppy so it made it easier for us to find them. Hotch told us we were going to stay one more night and leave the next day in the afternoon, but for some reason, Penelope switched us to a different hotel. We were all going to have to pair up to share a room, well everyone except for Hotch and Rossi since they were the oldest. We all looked at each other trying to figure out who we wanted to room with. I was going to run over to Reid when Morgan quickly made his way over to him.
Derek: Sorry Y/n/n but you're going to have to share a room with either JJ or Emily.
Y/n: Morgan come on! I wanted to room with Reid.
Derek: Don't worry, I'm sure Emily doesn't bite.
Emily: I'm not that bad, am I?
Y/n: No I didn't mean it like that! I just wanted to go over um this one book Reid and I are reading.
Emily: Ohh okay, I was starting to think you didn't like me.
Derek: She could never hate you
Y/n: Derek!
Derek: What?! Just telling the truth.
Y/n: I'm going to go to our room now. Goodnight.
I quickly grabbed my bag and went toward the elevator, what if she knows I like her now. As I pressed the button for the elevator my thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice, "Hey! Wait for me!. Emily came running towards me and came to a stop when she finally reached where I was standing. "So..do you want to go to the pool with me...and the team of course?". "Sure Em".

Me and Emily both unpacked our things before getting ready to meet the team down at the hotel pool. Everyone was already there when we arrived. I sat down next to read and listened to him talk about random facts. Everyone else was in the pool while Me and Reid gave each other opinions on certain chapters of the book we started reading together. I was in the middle of telling Reid my thoughts on the last chapter we left on when I felt water splash all over me. I looked to see Emily and Morgan trying to hide their laughter, while still making it obvious it was them. Reid put our books away just in case they splashed us again. I asked Reid to join me in the pool, to which he said yes. We went to the shallow side of the pool neither of us felt like swimming.

I got bored after a while so I went back to mine and Emily's room, there was nothing to do on my phone so I decided to watch Ocean's 8. I was too focused on the movie to notice that Emily had come into the room not too long after I did. She walked by and went to change in the bathroom, I snapped out of my thoughts and got more comfortable in my bed.
Emily: What are you watching?
Y/n: Ocean's 8
Emily: Ohh you've told me about this movie, isn't this the movie that you can't stop talking about?
Y/n: Yeah it is, it's a really good movie.
Emily: Hmm, I'll be the judge of that. *she sits next to you* here scoot over

Emily's Pov:
I woke up to the sound of someone knocking on the door, I got up slowly while moving y/n off of me. I don't even remember when we fell asleep last night. I opened the door and JJ walked in.
JJ: Ohh sorry I thought y/n would be awake by now
Emily: It's fine, we stayed up watching movies so she's not going to be up for another hour or two
JJ: Well I just came to ask her something but I'll just ask her later.
Once JJ left I went to lay back down with y/n but I wasn't tired anymore so I just scrolled through Instagram. I felt y/n shifting so that let me know that they were waking up. I put my phone down and turned to face them.
Y/n: were you watching me sleep
Emily: Not the whole time
Y/n: still weird
Emily: JJ came by earlier, she said she wanted to ask you something
Y/n: Did she tell you what it is was
Emily: No she didn't...anyways we have to get ready

We all went home once we got back, y/n and JJ left together which was weird cause they're not that close. Me and Sergio ate dinner together and watched tv before heading to bed, well I watched tv, Sergio just went to go lay down in his bed after he ate his wet food. It was around 2 am and I still couldn't fall asleep so I texted y/n to see what they were up to.
Y/n❤️
Me: Hey y/n! I'm sorry if I'm bothering you I just wanted to see what you were up to.
Hey Emily, you're not bothering me. I'm watching a movie with JJ : Y/n❤️
Me: Ohh so that's what she wanted to ask you.
yeah, are you okay? You're normally asleep around this time. : Y/n❤️
Me: Yeah I'm okay I just can't sleep :/
Ohh do you want to come over, I can ask JJ. Or do
you want me to go over and hang out with you? : Y/n❤️
Me: No it's okay, maybe some other time:)
Ohh okay, well I'll see you at work tomorrow <3 : Y/n❤️
Me: Goodnight❤️
Goodnight 😘 : Y/n❤️
Did she just send me a heart AND a kissing face?! Ugh I wish they were hanging out with me instead. Does y/n like JJ though?
