"Hey, love, are you ready to go?" Colby knocks on my bedroom door, peaking his head in.
"Yeah," I nod my head while grabbing my suitcase.
We decided to go home now since we don't have anything going on for the next few days. We're getting ready to go to the airport.
I called Christopher's granddaughter, Juliet, to ask if he still lived in the same house and if he was free this week. Juliet said that he does and is free, so we decided to surprise him.
Colby grabs my hand and leads me down to our uber, setting both of our suitcases in the trunk. I thank him after he open the door, letting me slide in first and following after.
Once the driver starts out shirt journey to the airport, I scoot over to the middle and lean my head against Cole's shoulder. He sets his hand on my leg so he doesn't knock my head around, squeezing my knee gently.
Because the only flight we could find were ones in the morning, we had to wake up early to have time to go through security and everything. The both of us are sleepy, and are probably going to sleep the whole plane ride.
The car ride is silent between the three of us until we get to the airport, where we thank the woman and grab all of our items.
"Ready to go see Christopher?" Colby nudges my side softly as we walk towards the line for security.
"I'm so exited." I grin. "I haven't seen him in eight years. I'm not ready to see my parents, on the other hand." I let out a small sigh.
"Do they know we're coming?" He questions.
"No. I figured I'd call when we're ready to see them. The only person other than our friends that know we're going is Christopher's granddaughter." I explain and he nods.
"Oh my God! It's Colby Brock and Lee Blake!" A teenage girl screams behind us, making both of us jump out of our skins.
"Hello!" Colby chuckles. "You scared us."
"I'm sorry, I got excited." The girl's face reddens.
"It's okay," I assure with a small laugh.
"Where are you guys going?" Her brows furrow. "Not to be nosy or anything!" she clarifies quickly.
"Oh, we're just going to visit my family." I explain. "What's your name?"
"Abby. Can I get a picture with you both?" She asks. "I don't want to hold you up from getting to see family."
"Of course you can." Colby agrees. Abby waves, who I'm assuming is her mother, over and hands her her phone.
She stands between us both and I hover my arm around her torso, Colby doing the same around her shoulders. We all smile as her mom clicks the button and a flash goes off.
"It was amazing meeting you!" Abby grins.
"It was nice meeting you, too." Colby grins. "Likewise," i say at the same time.
She waves as she walks off, squealing to her mom. I let out a small laugh.
Even though Sam and Colby are well known and always get recognized, as well as the guys, I never really get recognized that often. I usually only get called out when I'm with someone.
I sometimes get called out, but definitely not as much as them.
Colby laces his hand in mine and we walk towards the security line like we were before Abby stopped us. The line goes quick and we get through within 30 minutes. We board the plane a little after and we take off.
