Hi! Finally back. I've been on hiatus for quite a while and was not expecting this book to finally get some attention. Honestly I did plan on discontinuing it because I feel like I've gotten a bit off track to the main point a few chapters on, but it seems like it'd be a waste if I just delete everything now. I know some people who was expecting me to update.. and I'm terribly sorry! After what happened in my personal life I just wanted to abandon Wattpad and everything.. so for this book's sake I'm just gonna have to go through with it!

I'm going to be rewriting everything, and fixing the mistakes along the way while also making new chapters. I heard Dr. Stone will be getting a season 3 soon.. so that's exciting!

My Tokyo revengers book and everything else will be discussed later on. Thank you for coming if you're new, and if you're not.. thank you for returning to this piece of writing! I hope the experience won't disappoint you here. ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

Rocks, mountains, and heavy breathing. Y/n was starting to get sick of climbing the mountain that stood in pride behind their school. "Gen.. Wait up!!" She rushed towards her final steps when she finally arrived at the top. "Woah.."

She could see the view of the whole city. Her jaws opened slightly to which she quickly closed soon after, but it could not hide the amazement that glimmered in her e/c eyes.

Prologue: Memories and Stone

"I know, I know. As the magician I am.. I had to give you one spell-tacular surprise! Today is special you know."

"Well your surprise is great — as always." I chuckled. I sat beside him comfortably near the edge of the mountain. Normally I'd be afraid if I would fall, but somehow, with his presence that fear would be magically forgotten. Maybe this is the effect of being with a magician that it's finally taking a toll on me.

"Y/n-chan."

He called out my name in the midst of the silence that it gave me a little shock. "Hm? What is it?" He slowly reached out for my hands. His ridiculous hair color stood out with the sunset hues, and the warmth in his palms was sending red tints on my cheeks. "Wh.. What's going on?.."

"It's going to be graduation day tomorrow.. which means we'll both part ways." His gaze wasn't on me, instead it was on the ground. So I couldn't really make out what expression was under that ominous shadow his hair was making. "Yeah.. it is. Why are you saying this again??"

"Well.. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you,"

Tell me what? ..

I was starting to get nervous. I could feel my face as hot as the sun's surface right now as I waited for him to finish. Goddamit just end the suspense already!

"I wanted to tell you that after all those years we spent together.. You're still slow as ever when it comes to physical activities, Y/n! God my internet runs faster than you and my internet is very slow."

Wait.. WHAT?!

I widened my eyes in surprise. All my nervousness instantly vanished to a thin crisp. Even worse, he was laughing all over the place at the fact I was as red as a tomato. "You little—!!"

He stood up as fast as he could and hid behind a swing that was tied on the tree. This tree has been somewhat of our little treasure, because ever since we found this mountain we've been hanging out here ever since.
