Her parents had always laid out the path in front of her. Never really had the option to choose. So when she told her parents she was going to be a psychologist, her request was completely destroyed. Instead, she got sought out in a path she never wanted to walk into. Thus, she failed in almost every class in highschool and got very insecure of herself.
