Ep 4. Real Conversation...

"I think we need to talk" Jeno said while looking at Jaemin. Jaemin let go of doorknob and sat at the other corner of the couch. They both sat at each corner of couch and there were throw pillows between them.

"About What?' There he go, the attitude of Na Jaemin. Jeno tried his best to not reply with same attitude.

"We are married for real, you know. And Junwoo is now on our responsibility."

Jeno hesitated to talk actually. He was thinking what he should talk to Jaemin for nearly the whole day but it was really awkward now.

"Yes Sir, I got it." Jaemin rolled eyes and replied. "Cut to the point. Will ya?"

"Ok! Let's do it. We have lived under the same roof for like three days but we never talk to each other. I think we should have a honest conversation about each other."

"Awwn, Like heart to heart talk" the mockery is in the air as soon as Jaemin opened his mouth. It is the fact that Jeno don't like about Jaemin the most. Saying smooth word with mockery manner in sweetest smile is the speciality of Jaemin.

"Tell me what don't you like about me." Jeno said calmly.

"For real Lee Jeno?" Jaemin sounded a bit surprise.

"Yes, tell me honestly. I will talk after you too." Jeno leaned back to the couch and tried to relax a bit. Jaemin put one throwing pillow on his lap and leaned back too. He was kinda hesitate to talk in Jeno's face though.

"Well, it is like a habit I think, I just find you a bit annoying, acting all tough, trying so hard to perfect in everything. You can say I am childish but I really don't like when my parents comparing you to me. They thought you are a standard. So, It is kinda natural for me to find you dislikable." After a second of hesitation, Jaemin said honestly.

Jeno found it funny and actually even lost his words.

"Look, I admit I tried so hard to be perfect because I am sort of perfectionist. This is my personality and I can't change it easily. I don't ask you to become like one too. And yes, you are such a child. You are throwing your tantrum on me every time because you can't do anything about our marriage.' Jeno words are harsher than he expected.

"You might be disappointed with me for being who I am. Bear with it cuz at least I tried to stop this marriage unlike someone who is trying too hard to be a good boy" Jaemin snapped back of course.

"Then, why don't you stop it till the end? Why did you agree? I didn't even try because I know our parents are determine already. For the sake of Junwoo, I know I have to do this." Jeno said in a angry whisper and even leaned forward a bit. He was angry but don't wanna make the baby wake up from their shout. That's why he loses their distant a bit and said in a whisper shout.

Jaemin was taken aback by Jeno's action and words. The real reason why he accepted this marriage, the feeling of guilt that he couldn't cope with. His eyes became watery as he thought about it. He still doesn't have enough courage to open up to someone about this matter.

Jeno saw a sad glimpse of Jaemin. Jaemin was holding the throwing pillow really tight and trying so hard to not cry in front of Jeno. Jeno noticed it and let out a sigh.

"Look! I don't mean to make you feel bad. I just want to make this work, our marriage. We can't be like this forever. You might think I am trying so hard again but we need to come up with a solution for this family." Jeno calmly explained to Jaemin.

Jaemin nodded without looking at him. He felt like he might cry if he talked more.

"Let's talk later. I gonna sleep now. Good Night" Jeno left the couch as he felt he needed to give Jaemin alone time. He checked upon Junwoo before he went to bed. He had a lot on his mind today and he felt exhausted so he fall asleep real quick.
