Chapter 22 - A New Beginning

It had been 3 years since Fundy was born. Tommy had moved to L'Manburg to help Wilbur finish the country, as well as train. 

Y/n was outside in the garden, under the weeping Willow, making braids of the leaves.

Meanwhile, Technoblade was inside, panicking with some of his allies.

"Relax, Techno. I'm sure Y/n will say yes." The guard captain, Puffy, said.

"Yeah." Niki, a substitute guard, and flower shopkeeper, agreed.

"Are you sure?" The king asked one more time.

"We are positive!" Puffy said while pushing the much taller man out the door towards the garden, "now shoo!"

The door shut in Technoblade's face before he could even panic more. He took a deep breath, and walked towards where Y/n was standing.

"Hey." He said nonchalantly.

"Hello." Y/n greeted back, not turning around.

"I wanted to ask you something." Technoblade said, crouching down slightly.

"Yes?" Y/n smiled softly.

Her smile faded when she didn't hear anything behind her.

"Techno-?" The woman turned around to see the king on one knee, holding a beautiful Ruby ring out to her in a small box.

Y/n covered her mouth as her eyes glossed over. It wasn't long until tears trailed down her cheeks. As Technoblade stood up, she ran over to him, jumping up and wrapping her legs around his waist, as she wrapped her arms around his neck and entangled her hands in his long pink hair. The two shared a passionate kiss.

"Y/n... will you marry me?" Technoblade asked when the kiss ended.

"Yes!" Y/n sniffled.

They kissed again, and shared a very happy loving moment.

There was a knock on Wilbur and Sally's house's door. Tommy ran to said door, and opened it. Outside stood a messenger, holding out a letter to Tommy.

Tommy took the letter, and said thank you to the man. He shut the door, and walked back inside a few feet. There, he proceeded to open the letter, and read its contents.

Dear Wilbur Minecraft, Sally Minecraft, and Tommy Minecraft

You have been invited to the marriage of princess Y/n and king Technoblade of the Antarctic Empire. The courting is on xx xth. 

Ps. Can't wait to see you there, Tommy ;)

Tommy read it over a few times before he screamed. Sally was the first to run over to him to see if he was alright.

When she saw Tommy was fine, she took the letter from his hands, and gasped loudly after reading it.

Right as Sally gasped Wilbur had run down the stairs.

"What happened!?" He yelled.

"Look!" Sally exclaimed.

Wilbur read over the letter, and laughed.

"Well, I guess we're going then, eh?" He smiled.

Tommy jumped up and down, while Sally giggled. 

It was the day. Sally was currently helping Y/n with dressing up and final details. 

"I'm so nervous!" Y/n squeaked.

"Oh you'll be fine!" Sally laughed. "But if you mess up your hair again, you won't be!"

"Yeah, yeah. Sorry." Y/n giggled lightly.

Technoblade was standing on the alter outside. They had decided they'd have the actual courting outside, and then go back inside to the ballroom for the after party. 

Even though the king had a stoic, nonchalant face, he nervously fiddled with his thumbs. He did this so much, that eventually, Puffy (who was his groomswoman), spoke up.

"Techno, stop that. It's gonna be fine."

Soon enough, light music began to play. Fundy waddled down the isle, throwing flower petals as he did so. After Fundy sat down at the front, Wilbur walked Y/n down the isle towards Technoblade. 

When Wilbur walked Y/n all the way up to the isle, he let go of her arm, and went to stand by Puffy. 

Y/n and Technoblade made eye contact. The two reached for each others hands, and intertwined their fingers. The officiant said the vows. Both Y/n and Technoblade agreed to them. Before long, Tommy brought out the rings. The blood god placed Y/n's ring on her ring finger, and Y/n did the same with Technoblade's.

"And now," the officiant said, "you may kiss the bride."

The king put his hands on Y/n's waist, as she wrapped her arms around his neck. The two shared a passionate kiss. However, this kiss was not like the others. 

It was the kiss of a new beginning.

Y/n had her coronation to become queen after the courting. After, they had the giant party for both the wedding, and new queen.

Pretty much Y/n and Technoblade just danced the night away. 

It was an amazing day, and the start of a new journey.

This is NOT the end of the story, I promise! I still have a few chapters left for you guys.
