Harry wasn't your normal office job manger. Sure, most (if not all humans) were blissfully aware of the true signs to what He was. Harry had lived many years, moved form city to city every thirty years or so so nobody would notice the lack of aging. He had been in Loudon three times since his own transformation. The first time? He struggled the most to leave but his friends had long started to suspect something was flawed with him. He wanted very much to tell them, about his new father. About the man who had turned him into the creature he was, but such things, like the laws of his new life prevented that. They were not dying or had been bitten, the truth couldn't be reviled to either one of his long time friends. So, he fled and returned nearly two hundred years later. Leaving was easier the second time, as he learned a lot time since his transformation, to not get close to anybody that wasn't like him, marked with the same tattoo he had...as nothing but pain would follow years later.
It was now his third time back in Loudon, the year 2000. He, like always, found himself at the top of some building corporation in management. It was rather simple with all the knowledge he gained over the last serval hundred years (and the help of his powers). He clicked his pen, a few times and looked up at the young internist who held a clipboard close. She was slightly frighten by her new boss. He was young looking, but unusually pale, his hair jet black. It might had been a three piece suit Harry wore, but it was all black, along with the watch on his wrist and the single earring stud in his left ear. It made her uncomfortable, as the goths at her highschool always give her a rough time and she didn't want another older goth hassling her, when she could easily loose her job over this. Harry let out a sigh, overhearing the young woman's thoughts, unable to calm them, what could he really say? His appearance wasn't going to change and all it did was anger him slightly as the others never thought much about him...unless he through a meeting their way unknowingly. He understood their thoughts and couldn't very well punish them solely on their thoughts, even if he wanted to...he could, but he knew he couldn't have his meals to close to his current town. "Did you finish the report?" Harry asked, as friendly as he could. "Yes, sir...however, Mr. Malfoy, the head of the Malfoy branch, has requested another meeting." She whispered, a bit of fear shown in her eyes. "How did you reply?" Harry said and she looked down between her feet, feeling somewhat ashamed and embarrassed. "...That I had just been hired in...I wasn't sure what to say." She said and Harry let out a sigh of frustration. "Next time. Don't answer the phone. Go home. I have no use for you today." Harry said, running a hand throughout his hair, allowing his angry to show. "I'm sorry Mr.-" She started and Harry pointed to the door. He wouldn't dare open his mouth again, as something he had to keep hidden around this dumb humans were his fangs. The anger on his face, was enough. She all but ran out the office door.
Harry pushed opened the blinds and let out a sigh. Because of his young internist, Harry was forced into a meeting. A meeting with the one human he really wanted to drain dry as he was nothing but a headache for Harry since he been in control over this building. Mr. Malfoy was pretty much his competition. It would make things so much easier if he could...but oh, he knew he couldn't. Feeding to close to the town his was currently living in had caused problems in the past...problems he would like not to repeat.
He let out a sigh and grabbed his sunblock. Sunblock was the only thing that allowed him to be able to handle the sunlight, something most of his brothers in blood disapproved of. He was one of the few that still chose to interact daily with humans, that required being awake during the day. It pushed his feeding times alot, as he still require sleep. Hunting during anytime other then midnight was just wrong. Or it felt wrong. The light knock on the open office door was heard, and his hand went behind his back, to hide the small tube in his hand. Only then did he look up to see who had knocked and let out a sigh.
A man, who luckily made his transformation during his late forties stood at his door. "I don't understand your fascination is still with the humans." Spoke the man in a questionable voice, after stepping in the room and shutting the door behind him. Harry just rolled his eyes slightly and started to apply the sunblock. "I'm rather busy this afternoon, father." Harry spoke, at the man who wasn't biologically his father, but the man who had bitten him all those years ago. In the eyes of their world, this man before him was his father. "Have you seen your brother?" He spoke. "Not since Paris, beside, isn't it your job to keep up with your son?" Harry said, annoyed at this conversation and grabbed the bag sitting on his desk. "I see your still upset." He spoke with somewhat of a chuckle. "Not at you creating him. For you trying to push him onto me." Harry said, trying to make his departure but his father stood in his path. "It's just time for you too-" He started to speak, getting a very hateful and angry look form Harry. "It's my choice, not yours. You, and if I remember correctly, got punished for turning me. I might not have died nor did you even have my permission." Harry said and the man sigh. "Harry." He spoke, trying to plead with his son. "No. I'm busy. You need to leave." Harry spoke. "I don't understand your ways, Harry. Sooner or later, you'll have to join us fully." He spoke, sternly before turning his back and opened the office door. Harry choice not to say another word, no good would come form arguing with his father.
