Chapter 15

--A few days later--

The day of his funeral. The love of your life. And now you had to come to accept that he was gone for good. All your memories with him, gone. 

You sat in the front row staring directly at the open casket which his body lay in. Since you were his best friend and fiance, you were directed to give a grand speech, and now was that time.

"Keiji Akaashi, my best friend and soulmate. The man I was supposed to live happily ever after with. Gone forever. He was a bright and happy soul. He loved sports, especially volleyball. He was caring and charismatic. He always wanted to help the needy. He would buy me chocolates and flowers when I was feeling down. He bought me a diamond ring that he proposed with. His bright soul will be forever missed. And I thank you all for coming to honor Keiji and gather to remember him." You say, and then turn around facing his cold, pale body. "And Keiji, if your soul can hear me, I love you. And I will find you in another life.." 

A few hours later, the funeral ended and your brother took you home. "Y/N, how are you feeling?" He asked.

"Not that great.. But I'm going to head to bed now.. I need some sleep." You say to Tobio. 

"Goodnight, Y/N. Love you." He said.

"I love you too Tobio.." You say. Before you head to your room, you run and give Tobio a hug. "Always remember me, no matter what, okay?" 

"Why would I forget you?" He asked.

"I don't know, but don't." 

"I won't, sis. I promise."

"Thanks. Love you, big bro.."

"Love you too." 

And you walked away towards your room, knowing you were to never see the light of day again.
